高效喷气涡旋压缩机的研究与开发

【摘要】 涡旋压缩机作为最新一代的容积式压缩机以其重量轻、体积小、振动小、噪声低、能效高、可靠性高等优点在工商用空调行业得到了广泛应用。近年来由于冷冻冷藏及食品冷链行业的快速发展,冷冻压缩机市场增长迅速。冷冻涡旋压缩机成为涡旋压缩机发展的一个重要方向。相对于传统的冷冻活塞压缩机,冷冻涡旋压缩机以其性能高、重量轻、体积小等优势正逐步在该领域提升市场份额。现有的冷冻涡旋压缩机使用了传统的圆渐开线涡旋型线,涡旋圈数较多,致使涡旋压缩机的性能高、重量轻、体积小的优势没有被充分发挥出来。由于冷冻应用工况压缩比较高,涡旋压缩机在高压缩比工况的可靠性也成为在该领域推广应用需要解决的瓶颈问题。本文研究开发了一种高效、高可靠性的冷冻涡旋压缩机。论文研究开发了由多段曲线组合而成的复合涡旋型线,保证高压缩比的同时减短了泄露长度,提高了压缩机的性能,且此复合型线减小了涡旋的外径尺寸,从而实现轻量化设计要求。改善压缩机零部件的动力特性是提高压缩机性能、可靠性的关键。本文进行了轴向柔性设计、径向柔性设计并对驱动力位置、中间压力引入孔位置、密封圈尺寸及驱动角等参数进行了优化,保证了压缩机主要零部件在整个运行范围内尤其是高压缩比工况都具有良好的动力特性。进而提高了压缩机的性能、可靠性。进行了涡旋喷气孔参数的优化设计平衡了压缩机喷气和不喷气两种应用方式的性能影响。最后,对压缩机进行了性能、可靠性试验验证。压缩机喷气和不喷气性能指标都达到了设计目标的要求,通过了所有可靠性试验。对今后的生产提供了理论指导作用。
【Abstract】 As the latest generation of the displacement compressor,the scroll compressors are used widely in the air conditioning for industry and commerce by the advantages of light weight,small volume,small vibration,low sound,high performance and high reliability.Recently,with the fast development of refrigeration and food cold chain,the marketing for refrigeration compressors increases quickly.So the refrigeration scroll compressor becomes one of the important fields for scroll compressor development.The refrigeration scroll compressors increases its market share by the advantages of lighter weight,smaller volume and higher performance,compared with the traditional refrigeration reciprocating compressor.The existing refrigeration scroll compressors use the involutes of circle as the geometry of the scroll wraps,which lowers the advantages of light weight,small volume and high performance of scroll compressors.Since the compression ratio of the refrigeration conditions is higher,the reliability of scroll compressors under high compression ratio is the bottle neck which decides the application of scroll compressors in refrigeration field.This paper studied and developed a refrigeration scroll compressors with higher performance and reliability.The hybrid scroll wrap geometry was studied and developed,which provides high compression ratio,shortens the leaking length and reduces the outer diameter of scroll wraps.So the compressor performance is increased,and the compressor volume and weight is decreased.The key to increase the performance and reliability of compressors is to improve the dynamics of compressor parts.This paper discusses the axial compliance design,the radial compliance design and optimizes the related parameters,which improves the dynamics of the main parts of compressor.So the performance and reliability of compressor is increased.The parameters of the inject port on fixed scroll is optimized,which balances the performance with and without EVI(Economized Vapor Injection)application.At last,the tests are done to verify the performance and reliability of compressor.The test results show the performance with and without EVI achieved the requirements of design target,and all reliability tests passed,which will guide the compressor production in future in theory.
