【摘要】 在HIV/AIDS皮肤病患者中,最常见的症状是皮肤瘙痒,给患者带来了极大的痛苦,加重了心理压力。目前临床上常以抗组胺药为主配合钙制剂、镇静安定剂、维生素类等口服来控制瘙痒,必要时加用糖皮质激素类药物,但由于HIV/AIDS患者皮肤病的状况与普通皮肤病有很大区别,用此类药物治疗后症状缓解不明显且有副作用。而外用止痒药不增加病人内服药量,安全、方便,只是目前此类西药较少并且效果不佳。中药荷芩止痒搽剂由红根、阳荷、黄芩等组成,具有解毒、消肿、除湿、止痒的功效,能在较短时间内迅速缓解病人的瘙痒症状。本文研究了荷芩止痒搽剂对HI V/AIDS皮肤瘙痒症患者临床症状的改善作用,并通过评价该搽剂对患者血浆中嗜酸性粒细胞、CD4+T淋巴细胞和IL-5分子的作用,从细胞水平和分子水平初步探寻其治疗皮肤瘙痒的相关依据,以期科学地证实其止痒功效,并阐明其作用机制,为临床寻找安全有效的治疗艾滋病皮肤瘙痒症的药物提供实践和理论依据。通过临床疗效观察和评价、生活质量调查评分及实验研究,表明外用荷芩止痒搽剂能明显改善HIV/AIDS皮肤瘙痒症患者临床症状、提高生活质量;实验室研究表明其可明显降低患者嗜酸性粒细胞计数,但不能改善患者CD4+T淋巴细胞计数偏低的情况,亦不能降低血浆中IL-5的含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Skin itchy is the most common symptoms of skin disease among the HIV/AIDS patients.It brings great suffering,increased psychological stress to the patients.Currently antihistamines including calcium-based formulation,calm stabilizers,vitamins etc are used clinically to control the itching,with glucocorticoid drugs if necessary.But as HIV/AIDS patients are very different from the status of the skin disease with common skin diseases,symptoms treated with these drugs is not obviously andrelieved has side effects.And antipruritic does not increase the patient medicine for external use only,safe,convenient.However at present,there are only a few such medicines and most of them are ineffective.Chinese medicine He-Qin antipruritic liniment comsists of by Hong geng,Yang he,Huang qin,etc,with detoxification,detumescence,moisture,and the effect of relieving itching,can quickly relieve itching symptoms of the patient in a relatively short time.This paper evaluated the He-Qin antipruritic liniment’s effect on on HIV/AIDS patients skin disease in clinic,And through the evaluation of the liniment of eosinophils in patients with plasma,CD4T lymphocytes and the role of IL-5 molecules.Preliminary explore its scientific basis for the treatment of skin itching from a cellular level and molecular level,aimed to scientifically prove itching effect,and to clarify its mechanism of action,Looking for a safe and effective treatment for clinical itchy skin disease of AIDS drugs,to provide practical and theoretical basis.Through the clinical curative effect observation and evaluation,the investigation of quality of life score,that external He-Qin antipruritic liniment can obviously improve clinical symptoms in patients with HIV/AIDS skin pruritus,and improve the quality of life;Laboratory studies indicate it can obviously reduce the patient’s eosinophil count,but cannot change patients CD4T lymphocytesdecrease and the content of plasma IL-5.更多还原
