水库群中期专家会商调度系统设计与实现

【摘要】 为了提高水资源的利用效率,水电站的优化调度成为专家学者日益关注的问题,而在进行水电站发电优化调度的过程中,水电站群调度显得相当重要。在制定水电站群调度计划时,不单要考虑径流以及负荷预报等带来不确定结果的影响,还应考虑由政治因素、经济等调度需求带来的影响以及调度员进行优化调度的喜好。因为以上不确定成分的存在,往往使得已制作水电站群发电优化调度计划和实际电站运行情况存在一定的差距,此时对实际发电计划需要对偏差进行人为的调整修改。另外,考虑到调度过程中实际问题的复杂及多变程度,此时较难用理论知识解决,往往让调度员自身的经验在进行优化调度计划调整时凸显的相当重要。针对以上问题,特开发水电站群中期专家会商调度系统辅助决策者使已制作计划更具有实际指导意义。本文根据湖南省水电站中期调度计划的会商需求,运用C/S三层模型、C#语言以及Oracle数据库,在Visual Studio软件平台下,建立了中期专家会商调度系统。通过对湖南省水电分布占比等情况的调查,以及对会商调度情况发展的介绍,分析建立了中期会商调度系统的必要性。根据系统需求情况,搭建了三层C/S模型的系统框架。表示层为会商调度系统提供了良好的人机交互界面,可以通过图表进行数据信息展示,通过控件进行数据查询和操作等。业务逻辑层为表示层提供数据传输渠道,将表示层所传达信息通过处理后作用于数据层。数据层负责存储会商调度系统中所涉及到的数据(中期计划的保存与读取、流域电站详细约束信息等)。考虑到调度员引入经验的处理,系统界面分为调整和展示两部分。在进行展示时,分为调整前展示和调整后展示;在进行调整时,操作员专家经验尤为重要。论文中还涉及到数据库的设计操作。由于调整需求,需要调度员的介入,同时涉及到调整计划的保存,此时数据库起到的并不是简单的读取作用,同时涉及到数据的处理及保存机制等。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the water use efficiency, so optimal operation of hydropower station are to become experts and scholars concern increasingly. In the optimal operation of hydropower station, multi hydropower optimal scheduling is particularly important. Multi hydropower optimal scheduling has the feature of multi-objective, multi-factor, the characteristics of group decision-making. Electricity planning of multi hydropower optimal scheduling is not only affected by runoff forecasting, the influence of uncertain factors such as load forecasting, also by political, economic and other social factors and the scheduling of the impact of subjective preference.In addition, in the actual operation of complexity and variability of the existence of it is difficult to use theory research to solve, so as to make the experience of the scheduling is particularly important in the plan adjustment. To solve above problems, the development of hydropower station group of medium-term expert consultation with the scheduling system auxiliary decision makers to make hydropower station group of optimal operation more has guiding significance.In this paper, according to the scheduling plan in the middle of the hydropower station in Hunan Province in consultation with demand, using C/S model of three layers and the C # language and Oracle database, software platform in Visual Studio, medium-term expert consultation with the scheduling system is established. Consultation with the information mainly comes from water, the forecast results of forecasting system and dispatch automation system solutions. The system according to demand, to build a three-tier C / S framework of the model. The presentation layer for the consultation scheduling system provides a good interactive interface, data can be graphically display the information carried by data such as query and manipulate the controls. The presentation layer provides business logic for the data transmission channel, the transmission of information indicating layer after treatment acts on the data layer. Data storage layer is responsible for consultation scheduling system involved data(medium-term plan to save and read detailed constraints Basin station information, etc.). Good human-computer interface design. Taking into account the experience of the introduction of dispatcher processing, system tuning and display interface is divided into two parts.
