【摘要】 随着中共中央国务院关于深化医药卫生体制改革意见的实施,以及相关政策的出台,国内医药市场发生了较大的变化。此次改革力度大、影响深,反映出政府整顿医药产业的决心。因此,未来医药企业之间的竞争,主要是企业核心竞争能力的竞争。所以,本文的研究的主旨是促进甘肃PA制药有限公司核心竞争力的提升。本文在过去研究的基础上,从产品竞争力、管理竞争力、企业文化3个层面分析了甘肃PA制药有限公司核心竞争力培育的现状。笔者认为,甘肃PA制药有限公司已初步建立了自身的竞争优势,但在管理水平、品牌营销手段、成本费用控制等方面还存在着一定的问题。核心竞争力的构建,要适应环境的变化。在分析甘肃PA制药有限公司的竞争环境的基础上,总结了甘肃PA制药有限公司构建核心竞争力的策略:通过采取集中差异化战略及国际化战略;进行管理创新、技术创新、资本重组及营销能力的提升,从而提升自身的核心竞争力。本文的创新点在于:通过动态的思维来研究企业核心竞争力,明确新医改形势下甘肃PA制药有限公司核心竞争力的提升策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the implementation of the CPC Central Committee and State Council on deepening the views of medical and health system reform,and the introduction of relevant policies,great changes have taken place in the domestic pharmaceutical market.The reform efforts,the effects of deep,reflects the government’s determination to rectify the pharmaceutical industry.Therefore,the future competition among pharmaceutical enterprises,mainly is the enterprise core competition.Therefore,the study aims to promote the Gansu PA Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.core competitiveness enhancement.In this paper,based on the studies in the past,the present situation of Gansu PA Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.core competence analysis from 3 aspects of product competitiveness,management competitiveness,corporate culture.The author thinks,Gansu PA Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.has established its own competitive advantage,but there are still some problems in the aspect of management,brand marketing,cost control etc..To build the core competitiveness,to adapt to changes in the environment.Based on the analysis of Gansu PA Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd.competition environment,sums up the core competence of Gansu PA Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.strategy:through focused differentiation strategy and internationalization strategy;management innovation,technological innovation,capital recombination and marketing ability,so as to enhance their core competitiveness.The innovation of this paper lies in:through dynamic thinking to study the core competitiveness of enterprises,in the new health care reform situation,clear the Gansu PA Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,enhance core competitiveness strategy.更多还原
