基于云计算的汽车零部件企业系统集成研究

【摘要】 汽车零部件是汽车制造的基础,我国汽车零部件企业数目众多,但经营规模普遍不大,绝大部分是中小型企业。在其信息化建设方面,汽车零部件企业信息化水平较低,缺乏足够的资金和信息化人才,且现有的信息系统大多按部门划分,不仅缺少整体规划、难以交互,而且难以适应现实需求的不断变化,导致很难借助信息化对企业的管理运作起到高效的优化作用,只能是企业被动地去适应现有的系统。汽车零部件企业亟需一个适应自身发展趋势、满足自身需求变化、符合自身成本限制、集成自身系统功能、优化自身管理水平的信息化方案,以解决现存的信息化问题。本文立足于汽车零部件企业的特性和系统集成需求,在构建企业系统集成体系规划后,主要从系统集成云服务模式、系统集成云平台架构设计、系统集成供应商选择三个方面详述了企业基于云计算的系统集成建设模式。旨在为汽车零部件企业系统集成问题,提供可行的方案与思路。首先,本文对汽车零部件企业的生产管理和信息化特征总结概括,在此基础上,诠释其集成需求,提出了以生产管理系统为核心、产品设计和运营管理系统为重要组成、其他系统为辅助的汽车零部件企业系统集成体系规划;并结合其系统集成的要求,阐述了适合其发展的面向服务的集成模式。其次,针对汽车零部件企业集成需求,提出了基于云计算的系统集成建设模式;确立了系统集成云服务模式,即汽车零部件企业将系统集成外包,外包供应商借助云计算PaaS服务向企业提供SaaS模式服务的模式;并分别从系统和企业的角度,与传统建设模式进行了对比分析。再者,分析了基于云计算的系统集成平台构建目标、服务对象和功能体系,并结合面向服务的思想,对平台总体架构进行了详细的设计。最后,为汽车零部件企业系统集成供应商的选择,建立了符合企业实情的评价指标体系,构建了利用层次分析法和熵值法结合确定指标权重、模糊评价法得出评价结论的评价模型,并以HC公司为例,对其系统集成供应商进行选择评价。
【Abstract】 Auto parts is the foundation of automobile manufacture, there are numerous auto parts enterprises in China, but the business scale is generally small, as well as most of them are small and medium-sized enterprises. However in the aspect of information construction, the level of auto parts enterprise is low, especially lack of adequate capital and professional talents, and most of the existing information system divided by department. As a result, the management information system of auto parts is not only lack of overall planning, but also difficult to interact and adapt to the changing reality needs difficultly. It also causes it’s hard for enterprise to optimize its operation and management with the help of information technology, on the contrast, enterprise passively adapts to the existing system. Auto parts enterprise needs an integration information-based solutions eagerly, which adapts to their own development trend, meets their own needs change, is suitable for their own costs constraints, integrates their own information system and improves their management level, to solve the existing information problems.Based on the characteristics of auto parts enterprises and system integration requirements, after building enterprise system integration system planning, this paper is mainly describe the enterprise system integration construction pattern based on cloud computing in detail from three aspects, including system integration services of cloud model, architecture design of system integration cloud platform, selection of system integration supplier. Aiming at provide feasible solutions and ideas to solve system integration problems of auto parts enterprises.At first, on the base of summary into production management and information characteristics of auto parts enterprises and their existing problems, this paper analyzes its integration requirements and proposes auto parts enterprise integration system which chooses the production management system as the core, product design and operation management system as an important composition and other system for auxiliary. Combined with auto parts enterprise system integration requirements, elaborates service-oriented integration patterns which would suitable to its development. Secondly, aiming at integration requirements for auto parts enterprises, this paper proposes the construction pattern of system integration based on cloud computing and elaborates system integration of cloud service model. It can be described as auto parts enterprise outsourcing system integration, which outsourcing system supplier provides Saa S model for enterprise with the aid of Paa S in cloud computing. From the perspective of system and enterprise, this paper gives comparative analysis of the auto parts enterprise system integration construction model with traditional model. Furthermore, this paper elaborates the system integration platform based on cloud computing, including build targets, service object and function system, and integrating the concept of service-oriented, the detailed analysis and design is carried out on the platform overall architecture. Finally, the evaluation index system which in line with the enterprise current situation and the evaluation model about choose system integration supplier for auto parts enterprises is established, built in the use of analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and entropy value method to determine index weight, combined with fuzzy evaluation method to give the evaluation conclusion of evaluation. And choose HC company as the example to make the system integration supplier selection evaluation.
