基于泛布尔代数的航空维修效率评价系统研究

【摘要】 航空装备维修保障工作是一项复杂的系统工程,科技含量高、设备集成强、技术难度大、专业分工细,能否有序、高效地组织和管理维修保障工作,直接关系到飞机准备质量、保障效能和飞行安全。航空维修保障活动是否有价值,一线维修人员的工作有效程度将直接影响飞机系统性能。将效率这一概念进行拓展,在航空维修中建立维修效率评价系统具有重要的现实意义。针对目前航空维修效率评价的现状,本文提出采用自动控制原理中人工智能泛布尔代数的方法,建立了航空维修效率评价系统的数学解析模型,使航空维修效率评价相对于传统的主观评价更有说服力,更加客观和科学。航空维修部门通过评价系统,实时客观评价每一项维修任务,掌握维修人员实际维修能力和水平,为逐步提高维修效率提供依据。论文做了如下工作:通过数据挖掘技术和泛布尔代数理论体系,探讨了在航空维修领域应用泛布尔代数理论进行数据挖掘的可行性和优势;结合某部航空维修工作实际,得出判定航空维修工作效率的四项主要因素;运用泛布尔代数理论对各项因素进行分析,确定出各因素的状态分布,并最终建立了航空维修中针对定期维修的效率评价系统。利用维修实例,验证了此评价系统的可行性;在以上研究的基础上,考虑到评价系统中各因素间的非对等关系,利用专家整合权重的方法,计算出各因素的重要程度,对效率结果进行了更细致的排序,由此使效率评价系统更加科学合理;通过对影响效率因素的分析,结合维修实际,在大量实践调研的基础上,提出了改进效率的方法和建议。最后利用Delphi编程,基于航空维修中某项定期维修工作,对航空维修效率评价系统进行了软件实现并用实例验证了软件的有效性和实用性。本文建立的基于泛布尔代数的航空维修效率评价系统,是航空维修体系针对效率评价的首次尝试,为航空维修工作向精细化方向发展提供了一种新的思路和方法,对航空维修理论研究和实际维修工作都有一定的指导作用和应用价值。
【Abstract】 Aviation equipment maintenance work is a complicated system engineering, high scientific and technological content, strong integrated equipment, technical difficulty, division of labor and specialization fine, can be orderly, efficient organization and management of the maintenance work, directly related to aircraft preparation quality and security performance and flight safety. Whether the maintenance activity of aviation maintenance is valuable, the work of the front-line maintenance personnel will directly affect the aircraft system performance. It is of important practical significance to develop the concept of efficiency in aviation maintenance.. In the light of the present situation of the efficiency evaluation of aircraft maintenance, this paper proposes the use of automatic control principle in artificial intelligence Pan Boolean algebra method, analytical mathematical model for aviation maintenance efficiency evaluation system was established, the efficiency evaluation of aircraft maintenance compared with the traditional subjective evaluation more convincing, more objective and scientific. Through the evaluation system, the aviation maintenance department can evaluate the maintenance tasks in real time, and master the maintenance personnel actual maintenance ability and level, and provide the basis for the improvement of the maintenance efficiency.Paper made the following work: through the data mining technology and Pan Boolean algebra theory system, researched the feasibility and advantage of data mining in the field of aviation maintenance application of Pan Boolean algebra theory; combined with a certain unit of the aviation maintenance work practice, determine that aviation maintenance work efficiency of four main factors; the use of Pan Boolean algebra theory to analyze the various factors to determine the distribution of each factor, and the eventual establishment of the aviation maintenance for regular maintenance efficiency evaluation system. Use maintenance examples to verify the feasibility of this evaluation system; on the basis of the above, taking into account the evaluation system in the factors of non equivalence relations, using expert’s integrated weighting method calculated the important degree of each factor, more detailed sort of efficiency results. Therefore, the system efficiency evaluation more scientific and reasonable; through analysis on the factors affecting the efficiency, combined with the actual maintenance, on the basis of the investigation of a large number of practice, and puts forward the methods and suggestions for improving the efficiency. Finally, using the Delphi programming, based on aviation maintenance in a regular maintenance work, aviation maintenance efficiency evaluation system of the software implementation and examples are used to verify the validity and practicability of the software.Aviation repair efficiency evaluation system based on the Pan Boolean algebra is established in this paper is the first attempt, the aviation repair system for the efficiency evaluation, and provides a new idea and method for aviation repair work to the development of fine direction, have some guidance and practical value to the aviation repair of theory research and practical repair work.
