【摘要】 本文总结了现今的国内的施工图审查制度和审查现状,并介绍了国外的施工图审查的现状,经过对比研究,说明了施工图审查制度的必要性。总结了当前我国施工图审查中人工审查方式的弊端和不足。不足之处有两个:一、审查效率低下;二、容易发生错审、漏审的错误。为解决上述弊端,本文提出了一种施工图审查软件(网络版)的开发与研究。本文研究的内容为软件中的计算书模块的研究。首先,对涉及计算书的国家规范和行政命令等标准进行了统计和分类。从而,从源头上避免错审、漏审强条、准强条。总结了各个规范的控制参数,用于对规范的筛选和审查。并构建了计算书审查相关的SQL Server规范数据库,并实现了数据库同软件的本地、内网和外网三种网络状态下的连接。然后,依据规范数据库,详细分析了计算书审查模块中相关规范的具体审查方法,按照SATWE和盈建科这两种应用广泛的设计软件的计算书中的审查要点将规范进行分类和整理。进而,设计了软件的界面。根据以上的研究的工作,得出了如下的结论:1、本施工图审查软件可以大大提高审图人员的效率。通过软件将规范录入数据库中,用户审查的时候无需手工翻阅繁琐的规范;软件具有一定的逻辑判断能力,可以减小施工图审查的工作量和时间。2、可以显著减少错审、漏审强条。通过对规范的整理和分类,软件可以将现有规范中的强条都录入网络数据库中,并通过软件界面设计,将各种具体的情况都进行整理。可以显著减少错审、漏审的情况。3、可以实现网络访问。使用SQL Server数据库,可以实现用户只需要下载软件客户端,无需下载庞大的规范数据库,即可使用。这一措施的优点有两个方面:一方面,可以提高软件的安全性;另一方面,现有的规范和行政命令经常会有更新,只需要更新服务器上的数据库,就可以保证施工图审查都是采用的最新标准。4、具有筛选规范功能。通过对规范的分析,构建合理的数据库。并加入规范条款的控制参数和审查参数,可以通过用户输入的参数,实现规范的筛选功能。从而减少审查量,提高审图效率,减少审查工作花费的时间。

【Abstract】 This paper summarizes the current domestic construction drawing examination This thesis summarizes current domestic construction plans examination system and situation. Illustrates the necessity of construction plans examination system by introducing and comparing overseas present situation of this system and summarizes the disadvantages of manual examination in our own system. The first one is the inefficient examination progress, the other is easy to make mistakes and missions.To solve these problems, a construction plans examination software(online) research and development is proposed. And the calculation text module is the main content of thesis. At first, Chinese code and related discipline referring calculation text are classified and collected, avoiding missions and mistakes from origin. The control parameters of each code are summarized to choose needed code., and a SQL server code database is built to achieve the purpose of connecting among local network, intranet and extranet. Then, a specific method of examination in calculation text module is analyzed, according to SATWE and YJK design software.. At last, the software interface is designed. According to the research above, conclusions are listed:1 The construction plans examination software can greatly improve the efficiency of construction plans reviewers. Reviewers did not need to browse codes manually due to the database. Examination time and work can be reduced by the software, which is provided with certain logic judgment ability.2 Mistakes and omissions of forced rules can be decreased. The forced rules can be input to database by classifying each code, and specific situation also can be arranged through software interface design to greatly reduce mistakes and omissions.3、Users is allowed to access to the SQL Server database over a network. So users can use this software. as long as they download the client software. This approach has two advantages. The one side, the security of the database can be increased. The other side, the Chinese code and related discipline can be updated frequently. As the software can ensure the code and discipline are latest by updating the database.4、The filter function is also involved. Reasonable database is built by analyzing related code. Control and examination parameters are involved to accomplish the filter function. Thus Workload, the efficiency, Examination hours can be greatly reduced.
