【摘要】 当前我国改革已进入深水区,各种社会关系错综复杂,以往摸着石头过河的做法很难解决好当前我国社会发展所面临的问题,社会建设需要有完善、科学的规章制度来促进社会的健康有序运行。针对新的社会发展形势我国提出了要在社会治理模式上由以往的单一社会治理模式向多方治理模式转变。发挥好各种社会自治组织的作用。目前现代社会管理模式在完美解决很多社会问题的同时,我们也应当看到它的不足之处,特别是我国长期以来的治理模式是侧重于“人治”为主、社会风俗习惯为辅的治理模式。思想政治教育在当代是一种能从根本上解决社会问题的管理方式,首先思想政治教育的以情动人的功能,在与教育客体的交流过程中能够以情感人,能通过潜移默化的教育引导,使社会成员从心底产生共鸣,进而接受管理,能使社会成员感受到尊严感和主体意识,其次在研究方法上主要是移思想政治教育的“情”于社会管理的“法”中去。在当代强调效率和效益的时代,任何一门理论学科都很难脱离经济利益方面的考核。如何使思想政治教育当代价值得到体现,是思想政治教育发展的关键问题。本文主要尝试找到思想政治教育与社会管理的价值结合点,使得两种学科各自价值得到交汇和升华。对思想政治教育在我国的社会管理中运行出现的一些问题进行认真的理论分析,并尝试找到解决问题的途径,使得思想政治教育这门在我国有着光荣传统的教育模式,在社会管理这个新的领域发挥作用,从而提升我国社会管理的方法和水平,推动中国特色社会治理模式的发展,形成中国特色的社会治理模式,使得社会管理在我国国家社会建设中发挥更大的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The current reform in our country has ente red the deep waters,a variety of com plex social relations,there past practice it is difficult to solve the social problems in our country,social development needs to have a perfect an d scientific rules and regulations to promote the healthy and orderly operation of the societ y.For new social developm ent situation in our country is put forward on the social gover nance model from the previous single social governance model to m ultilateral governance model transformation.Various social autonomous organizations play a good role.Cu rrent management mode of modern society in a perfect solve a lot of social problem s at the sam e time,we also should see its shortcomings,especially the long governance m ode in our country is m ainly focus on the "rule of man",social custom s and habits such as auxiliary m odel of governance.Ideological and political educati on in modern times is a kind of can fundam entally solve the problem of social m anagement way,first of all,ideological and politica l education function of moving people by feeling,to stre ngthen the social m ember’s kindness,can exert a subtle influence on educatio n guide social members accept management,can make the social members feel the dignity and m ain body consciousness,secondly in term s of research method is mainly to move the ideological and political education of "love" in the "law" of social management.In the time of the contemporary emphasis on efficiency and benefit,any theory discipline is rarely out of the econom ic benefit appraisal.How to embody the modern value of the ideological an d political education,and is the key to the development of ideological and political educat ion.This paper tries to find the value of ideological and political education and social management combining site,makes the value of each discipline intersection and sublimation.And social management of ideological and political education in our count ry some problems in the opera tion of a serious theoretical analysis,and try to f ind the way to solve th e problem,make the ideological and political education the education pattern in our country has a glorious tr adition in this new f ield of social management function,improve the method and level of social m anagement in our country,promote the development of social governance model with Chinese characteristics,formed the Chinese characteristic social gove rnance model,makes the social management in the construction of our country society to play a bigger role.更多还原
