秦皇岛抚宁20MWp中硅光伏接入系统设计

【摘要】 当今世界面临能源资源短缺和环境污染的双重问题,取之不绝、清洁环保的太阳能资源越来越受到各国的重视,而太阳能光伏发电是充分利用太阳能资源的重要途径。随着光伏发电产业的快速发展以及在国家政策的鼓励扶持下,光伏发电并网项目数量越来越多,将来势必在光伏发电中占据主要地位。并网发电虽然具有诸多优点,但光伏发电接入电力系统后将对电网在潮流、电压、电能质量、继电保护、调度自动化等方面造成的影响也亟待解决。本文结合实际工作,对秦皇岛抚宁20MW中硅光伏接入系统设计进行了深入研究。首先,从光伏电站场址区域的太阳能资源,基本气象资料以及周边电网情况三个主要方面对光伏电站选址进行综合分析,通过对场址区域内太阳能辐射量、环境温度、风速大小等因素以及场址周边适合接入电压等级的变电站的情况等进行评估来确定光伏电站选址的合理性,在此基础上提出两种可行性接入系统方案。其次,通过潮流、暂态稳定、短路电路、无功补偿等电气计算分别对两种可行性接入系统方案进行技术分析,论证光伏电站接入电网后,相关变电站潮流分布是否合理,电网有无失稳,短路电流超标等问题,并给出合理的无功补偿方案。再通过对两种方案进行投资估算对比,从电网运行安全可靠性和投资经济性两方面综合考虑选择最优接入系统方案。最后,针对最优接入系统方案,根据相关标准规定以及秦皇岛地区电网运行特点以及现状对光伏电站和接入系统部分提出合理可靠的继电保护配置方案、调度自动化配置方案以及通信设计方案,确保电网的安全稳定运行。同时还详列了各个方案所需设备以及设备的投资估算,保证制定的配置方案经济可行。
【Abstract】 Nowadays,the world is confronted with the dual problems of energy resource shortage and environmental pollution,clean,environmentally friendly solar energy resources more and more attention from all countries,and the solar photovoltaic power generation is an important way to make full use of solar energy res ources.With the rapid development of photovoltaic power generation industry and the encouragement and support of the national policies,the number of photovoltaic power generation and grid-connected projects is increasing,and it is bound to occupy a domi nant position in photovoltaic power generation.Although grid-connected power generation has many advantages,the influence of photovoltaic power generation on power system,such as power flow,voltage,power quality,relay protection and dispatching autom ation,will be solved urgently.Although grid-connected power generation has many advantages,the influence of photovoltaic power generation on power system,such as power flow,voltage,power quality,relay protection and dispatching automation,will be s olved urgently.Therefore,this paper deeply studies the design of 20 MW P zhonggui photovoltaic connected power system in Funing of Qinhuangdao.Firstly,the location of photovoltaic power station is analyzed comprehensively from three main aspects: solar energy resource,basic meteorological data and surrounding grid situation.By analyzing the factors such as the amount of solar radiation in the site area,the ambient temperature,wind speed and so on,The location of the substation around the site for access voltage rating to assess the situation to determine the rationality of photovoltaic power plant location,on the basis of the feasibility of two access system solutions.Secondly,through the power flow,transient stability,short circuit,reactive po wer compensation and other electrical calculation of the two feasibility of the access system program technical analysis,demonstration of photovoltaic power plant access to the grid,the relevant substation power distribution is reasonable,Instability,s hort circuit current and other issues,and give a reasonable reactive power compensation program.Then,by comparing the two kinds of schemes,the optimal access system scheme is considered from the aspects of safety and reliability of power network operation and investment economy.Finally,according to the relevant standards and regulations and the operation characteristics of Qinhuangdao power grid and the status quo of the photovoltaic power station and access system part of a reasonable and reliable pr otection configuration,scheduling and automation of communication configuration design program to ensure that the optimal access system,Safe and stable operation of the power grid.At the same time,the investment estimate of equipment and equipment required for each program is listed in detail,so as to ensure the economic feasibility of the proposed configuration scheme.
