【摘要】 近年来,我国的大学生就业问题一直是社会关注的焦点问题,各个学科领域的学者对大学生就业问题进行了广泛研究,提出了多重理论与实践对策,尤其对于政府促进大学生就业问题展开了一系列研究,形成了一定的理论。目前关于高校大学生就业指导的研究较多,但主要集中在对就业指导理论的介绍和对国外就业指导经验的简介方面,缺乏系统的实证性的就业指导研究。高校毕业生就业问题,历年来一直都是高校学生工作的重点,也是人们广为关注的焦点。论文选取北戴河区为切入点来分析这一区域大学生的就业形势与就业特点,首先对北戴河地区大学生就业难的成因进行分析,通过问卷调查对北戴河区大学生就业现状进行调查,主要研究了北戴河区大学生就业的流向和就业的形式,然后分析了北戴河区大学生就业力、就业结构以及自主创业等方面存在的问题。其次,从政府角度出发,分析了在政策方面阻碍北戴河区大学生就业的几点政策方面的因素,例如重点分析了北戴河地区大学生就业促进制度机制不健全,就业政策缺乏配套措施,地区产业层次偏低导致的市场需求不足,政府行政监督不到位,学生所学专业与市场需求不协调,自身的择业观念不当以及自主创业扶持政策不到位等问题。最后,论文提出促进北戴河区大学生就业的相应的建议性对策,例如建议了政策层面取消就业制度、积极主导产业结构调整、推动就业市场改革、完善强大的社会保障体系,同时还指出教育主管部门合理配置教育资源,政府主体应该积极发挥政策引导作用等方面的具体建议。以期通过本论文的研究能够促进大学生就业工作更好地完成,使大学毕业生得以在社会的各个岗位为我国的发展做出应有的贡献,维护社会安定与和谐发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the college students’ employment problem has been focused in our society.Many scholars in various disciplines,who also form a certain theory,but most of them are from macro perspective,such as students’ difficult employment reasons,factors and strategies to solve the employment problem of college students.They are lack of the guidance about the college students’ employment.Current research on employment guidance in universities mainly career guidance and briefings,which may guide the experience of foreign employment.The dissertation selects Beidaihe area to analyze the employment situation and employment characteristics of university students in the region.First,to analyze the causes of the university students’ employment in the region.Sending the questionnaire survey to college students,and analyzing some problems about the employment force,employment structure,and self-employed.Second,analyzing some factors of government policies which hindering the college students’ employment.At last,proposing countermeasures,for example,the government should readjust industrial structure,promote employment market reform,and perfect the social security system,and so on.Promoting Employment of Graduates better completed,the university graduates can make contributions to various positions in the society and make contributions to the development of China,and maintain social stability and harmonious development.更多还原
