Interal改性沥青的性能研究

【摘要】 本文在了解目前国内外沥青和改性沥青的研究现状和发展趋势基础上,选择了Interal——一种含氯化铝成分为主的非聚合物无机材料,对沥青进行改性和复合改性,研究了Interal改性道路石油沥青的性能,同时研究将Interal复合聚合物SBS改性沥青从而发挥协同作用,深化复合改性沥青的研究、发展和应用。本文分析对比了不同添加量的Interal加入道路石油沥青、复合SBS改性沥青的性能表现,并且通过红处光谱试验研究分析了Interal复合SBS改性沥青性能改善的机理。此外,还通过大量试验分析对比了不同添加量的Interal复合SBS改性沥青应用在AC-13沥青混合料中的性能表现。研究表明:(1)Interal加入道路石油沥青后可改善高温稳定性能、感温性能、耐老化性能,低温抗裂性能和安全性能。(2)Interal复合SBS改性沥青除低温性能有不良影响外,显著提高了其高温稳定性能、感温性能、耐老化性能、不影响其安全性能和回弹性能。(3)Interal复合SBS改性沥青制作的AC-13沥青混合料,只要控制好Interal添加量则可具有良好的高温稳定性能、低温抗裂性能、抗水损害性能力。

【Abstract】 In this paper,based on the understanding of the researching situation and development trend of modified bitumen from both national and abroad,studied on a new material which is named Interal,it is a non-polymer inorganic material which mainly contain AlCl3 to used to modified bitumen and composite modified bitumen,basically when it is mixed together with Petroleum bitumen and SBS modified bitumen,so as to exploit synergies,and improve the research,development as well as application of composite modified bitumen.This paper illustrated the performances of different dosage into the Petroleum bitumen and SBS modified bitumen,also study mechanism of the Interal composite SBS modified bitumen by modern analysis technology IR.Furthermore,this study conducted numerous experiments to research how Inteal composite SBS modified bitumen impact on its AC-13 mixture.Study found that:(1)Interal mixed with basis bitumen can improve bitumen’s performace which includes high temperature stability,sensitivity for temperature,aging resistance,low temperature cracking resistance and safety.(2)Interal Built SBS modified bitumen can improve bitumen’s performace which includes high temperature stability,sensitivity for temperature,aging resistance,safety,elastic recovery except for low temperature cracking resistance.(3)AC-13 mixture which made by Interal composite SBS modified bitumen,has good performace includes high temperature stability,low temperature cracking resistance,water stability with a suitable dosage of Interal.
