智能高频开关电力操作直流电源系统控制器的设计与实现

【摘要】 高频开关电力操作直流电源系统在发电厂和变电站中占有重要的地位,它主要为控制、信号、保护和自动装置以及断路器电磁合闸、直流电动机、交流不停电电源、事故照明等提供直流电源。本课题是依托本人所在公司根据对近年来我国高频开关电力操作直流电源系统的发展现状的分析而设计的。所设计的控制器是对高频开关电力操作直流电源系统的智能监控管理,有效的保证了电力操作直流电源系统的稳定运行,为电力系统的安全、高效运行提供了有力的保障。该控制器设计采用IEC(International Electrotechnical Commission国际电工委员会)标准,通过控制器对电力操作直流电源系统运行状况进行全面监控,确保了电力电源系统的安全性、可靠性和稳定性。本文根据电力操作直流电源系统的特点,基于MSP430F149单片机为控制核心的智能控制器。论述了变电站自动化系统中对直流电源系统专用控制器设备的基本设计原理及实现方法,实现了对电力操作直流电源系统数据的实时采集、处理与控制,以及对蓄电池的智能管理。论文阐述了高频开关电力操作直流电源系统控制器的应用背景、系统组成、功能特点、工作原理、软/硬件设计思路以及详细设计方案,并通过了严密的测试与验证。实现对高频开关电力操作直流电源系统中的交流电压,母线电压,母线电流,电池电压,电池电流的实时测量与监控,并对电池组充放电的智能化管理,以及对外部充电模块状态的监控,能够对电力操作直流电源系统的自动诊断、自动控制,实现直流电源系统的遥信、遥测、遥调、遥控的“四遥”功能。
【Abstract】 High frequency switching DC power operation system plays an important role in the power plant and substation, it is mainly for the control signal protection and automatic device and circuit breaker electromagnetic switch, DC motor, DC power,emergency lighting supply to provide DC electrical source. This topic is based on the analysis of the status quo of the development of China’s high frequency switching power supply system in recent years. The designed controller is intelligent monitoring and management of the high frequency switching DC power operation system, effectively guarantee the stable operation of the power operation of DC power supply system, provides a powerful guarantee for the safe and efficient operation of electric power system.The controller is designed with International Electrotechnical Commission(IEC) standard, and the operation status of the DC power supply system is monitored by the controller, which ensures the safety, reliability and stability of the power system. In this paper, based on the characteristics of DC power supply system, the intelligent controller based on MSP430F149 single chip microcomputer is the core of the control system. Discusses the basic design principle of special equipment controller of DC power supply system and realization method of the substation automation system, realizes the real-time acquisition, processing and control of data of DC power supply system of electric power operation, and the intelligent management of battery.This paper presents the application background, system composition, function characteristics, working principle, software and hardware design and detailed design of high frequency switching DC power operation system controller and through rigorous testing and verification. The alternating voltages, bus voltage, bus current, battery voltage, battery current real-time measurement and monitoring of high frequency switching DC power operation system which intelligent management of battery charge and discharge, and monitor external charging module state, automatic diagnosis, operation of power DC power supply automatic control system. The DC power supply system, teleindication, telemetering, remote control, remote control function of "four remote".
