【摘要】 宜居、生态、环保等“绿色生活”随着社会发展已经逐渐成为一种生活理念和态度进入我们的生活。园林景观作为“绿色生活”的一种体现,更是随着人们对生活品质要求的提高而被丰富和发展。园林已经从景区、公园演变为街边绿化、小区景观和屋顶、阳台绿化等形式走入生活的各个角落。随着园林工程形式的发展和更新,使得园林工程的管理工作凸显的更为重要,科学合理的园林工程项目的成本管理逐渐被工程的建设者和投资者所关注[1]。本文选取大东沟景观工程项目的成本管理为研究案例,展开行文。文章主要包括以下几个方面:(1)园林发展的历史沿革,现在更加理性的注重了工程的品质。从建设投资的角度则越来越重视园林工程的项目成本的管理问题。从管理科学的层面细化、量化、科学化的管理一个具体的园林工程项目。(2)通过对大东沟景观工程这一具体的工程实例进行了以项目成本管理为目的的项目案例描述,探究总结出该工程在工程实施的不同阶段,在项目成本管理方面存在的一些实实在在的问题。(3)根据工程的自身特点和属性、工程在项目成本管理方面暴露出来的诸多问题,结合相关的项目成本管理理论(如挣值法等),切实深入的分析问题出现的主客观原因及诱发因子。(4)经过深入的分析问题及其出现的原因,有针对性的对各个问题提出相应的解决办法和对策,提出合理化改善的意见和建议。(5)对本次论文工作进行简要总结,希望借此能为其他园林工程的项目成本管理提供一些借鉴和思路。归纳本文存在的一些不足,同时对本文研究方向的一些新的思路与展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the social development, the “green life” such as livable, ecological and environmental protection have gradually came into our lives as a concept and attitude of life. With the improvement of people’s life quality requirement,landscape was riched and developed as a reflection of “green life”. This article selects the DDG landscape engineering project cost management as the research case to start writing. This paper mainly includes the following several aspects:(1)The history of the landscape development, Now more rational pay attention to the quality of the project. According to the view point of construction investment, people pay more and more attention to landscape engineering project cost management problems. Management of a specific landscape engineering projects with Refinement, quantitative and scientific in the level of scientific management.(2)After a description for the purpose of the project cost management of a concrete engineering example like DDG project, and then research and summed up the real problems about the project cost management at the various stages of the project.(3)According to the characteristics and properties of the engineering project, problems exposed about the project cost management, combined with related theories(like the EVM) practical and in-depth analysis of problems’ subjective and objective reasons and induced factors.(4)After practical and in-depth analysis of the project and known the reasons, to make pointed references of putting forward the corresponding solution and the rationalization improvement opinion and recommendation of the problems.(5)Summarize the paper work for this time, and then hope to provide references and ideas for other landscape engineering projects by this work.
