【摘要】 在我国,国民经济的支柱即国有企业,在国民经济的关键领域、重要部门中,国有企业处于重要支配地位。沈阳航天新光集团有限公司,是新中国第一个航空发动机修理和生产厂,是我国最早的航天动力装置研制企业。为了更好服务企业新时期发展,工会组织承载着光荣的使命。既要服务中心、更要保障公司广大职工的各项合法权益,可以说公司工会必须要与时俱进,创新发展。本文对沈阳航天新光集团公司工会职能的现状分析,阐述了公司工会作为广大职工的群众组织,有责任推动公司的发展,维护职工的合法权益。公司工会本身的教育职能就是教育职工,提高广大职工的综合素质,直接维护广大职工的具体利益。新光公司工会代表职工、组织职工参与到新光公司的民主管理,并实施民主监督。同时也是工会代表职工权益,并且依法维护其合法权益的重要渠道与途径。面对面、心贴心、实打实是工会服务职工的根本要求。本文最后,从工会维权职能优化、教育职能优化、工会参与管理职能优化、服务职能优化等四个方面,为沈阳航天新光集团公司工会职能优化提供更加具有实用性的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 State-owned enterprises are the mainstay of the national economy of our country. They have played a dominant role in key areas and important sectors of national economy, in order to ensure the sustainable development of national economy. Shenyang aerospace Xinguang group Co.,Ltd. it is the first factory of aircraft engine repairing and production factory in China. And it is the earliest development enterprise by researching space power unit. In order to serve the enterprise in the new era, trade unions undertake the grand and fame liability. It has not only serve the enterprise, but also the safeguard rights of the workers. In other way,the trade union has to keep up with the Times.This thesis analyses the Xinguang trade union function status, and explains that as a mass organization, the trade union has the responsibility on promoting the enterprise‘s development, and safeguard the legitimate rights of workers. The educational function is improving the comprehensive quality of workers. The trade union represents and organizes the workers to take part in democratic management, by this way; the trade union represents the workers’ rights and protects it. Heart to heart, face to face is the basic requirement of the trade union function.At last, the thesis talks about the trade union optimal function by rights production function, educational function, participative management function and service function. It provides a better practical countermeasure for Xinguang trade union’s optimal function.更多还原
