新云物资公司综合管理系统设计与实现
Design and Implementation of the Integrated Management System for Xinyun Supplies Company

【摘要】 随着“互联网+”的快速发展,越来越多的企业开始结合互联网,进行公司的信息化管理,新云物资公司作为一个传统的企业,大部分工作还是基于手工管理,要想在激烈的行业竞争里面不断脱颖而出,就必须进行综合化信息建设,这样一来建设一套结合互联网的供应链综合管理系统是当前急需的。本文以新云物资公司为实际参考,结合公司的实际销售流程、供销商管理以及客户会员管理工作,进行了详细的需求分析,利用面向对象的思想,基于ASP.NET和SQL Server2012,采用B/S架构,设计实现了新云物资公司综合管理系统。本系统按照功能主要划分为:销售管理、会员管理、供销商管理、库存管理和综合管理五个模块。公司营运部人员能够使用系统进行公司的销售方面的订单管理、网上对账以及销售业绩的分析;采购部能够进行供应商、分销商、零售的管理,以及库存管理;行政部能够进行公司的人员部门管理,以及企业的VIP用户的管理,进行会员关怀,会员营销,满意度调查和会员卡退款给等工作,帮助企业能够和客户更好的沟通,提高客户满意度,并且为公司吸引越来越多的客户,帮助公司效益提升,促进发展。目前,该软件已经在新云物资公司试运行,得到了员工的好评,帮助公司更好的实现供应链的管理,在一定程度上节约了成本,并且在软件的使用过程中调动了员工工作的积极性,提高了公司管理人员的工作效率,帮助公司更好的实现内部员工以及企业用户的人力资源管理工作,同时帮助新云物资公司在互联网时代,结合网络管理公司,实现信息的共享管理,在一定程度上面提高了公司在整个行业的市场竞争力。
【Abstract】 With the "Internet +" rapid development, more and more enterprises start to manage the information of the company combining with the Internet. As a traditional company, most of the management work in Xin Yun Materials Company is based on manual. To stand out of the fierce competition in the industry unceasingly, it needs totalization information construction much. Such a combination of the Internet to build a set of integrated supply chain management system is currently in urgent need of.In this paper, a new cloud actual reference materials company, combining the company’s actual sales process, supply and marketing management and customer loyalty management, ca rried out a detailed needs analysis, the use of object-oriented thinking, based on ASP.NET an d SQL Server2012, the use of B / S architecture, design and implementation of a new cloud c ompany supplies integrated management system. This system is mainly divided into accordin g to the function: sales management, member management, supply and marketing manageme nt, inventory management and integrated management. Analysis of company’s operations dep artment personnel to use the system’s sales order management, as well as online sales of recon ciliation; purchasing can do suppliers management, distributors management, retail managem ent, and inventory management; administration can make the company’s personnel departmen t management, as well as VIP users enterprise management, care of membership, affiliate mar keting, satisfaction surveys and membership card refunds to work to help businesses and cust omers can communicate better, improve customer satisfaction degrees, and for the company t o attract more and more customers, to help companies enhance efficiency and promote develo pment.At present, the software has been working in the Xin Yun Materials Company, getting wonderful feedbacks and helping the enterprise realize the supply chain management better, saving the company cost to some extent. In the process of software mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff work; the software improved the efficiency of company management to help companies achieve better business users as well as internal staff human resources management, as well as enhances the company in the industry’s competitiveness and realizes the sharing management information to some extent.
