【摘要】 作为煤炭产业整个生态链中至关重要的煤炭运输产业,在随着煤炭市场进入国家控制产能,煤炭不景气的大环境后,面临的市场竞争也日趋激烈。传统的基于手工的业务管理模式在协调多个部门或者多人方面存在着很大的局限性。如何利用当前先进的信息技术及网络技术提高当前煤炭运输管理效率、优化煤炭运输程,是很多煤炭企业普遍关心的问题。本文首先阐述了研究的目的意义研究背景以及国内外研究动态,然后对系统设计思想及相关的技术进行了介绍。进一步对晋能集团煤炭运输业务进行了调研并对企业的具体业务需求进行了分析,并进行了可行性研究,包括经济可行性和技术可行性。在此基础上对系统进行了设计,包括总体设计、系统设计、数据库系统设计、系统安全设计等内容。最后对晋能集团煤炭运输管理系统进行了实现,特别针对于晋能集团的合同管理、运价和提煤单管理、财务管理、流程管理和财务审批功能进行了设计以及实现。本文在调研和需求分析的基础上设计并实现了晋能集团煤炭运输管理系统,该管理系统实现了合同管理、运价和提煤单管理、财务管理、流程管理、财务审批管理等功能。系统可以根据公司的日常业务进行工作的流转,实现了公司的无纸化办公,为晋能集团协调企业内部各项工作、提升企业的市场竞争力创造了新的技术管理渠道。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the coal industry in the whole ecological chain is very important in the coal t ransportation industry, with the coal market to enter the country to control the productioncapacity, the coal industry downturn, the market competition has become increasingly fierce.Traditional business management mode based on the coordination of multiple departments or many people there are a lot of limitations. How to use the current advanced information t echnology and network technology to improve the efficiency of coal transportationmanagement, optimize the process of coal transport, is a lot of coal enterprises generally concerned about the problem.This paper firstly describes the research background and the research trends at home and abroad, and then introduces the system design ideas and related technologies. Further to the Shanxi Coal Group coal transportation business carried on the investigation and analysis of t he specific business needs of the enterprise, and carried out a feasibility study, includingeconomic feasibility and technical feasibility. On this basis, the system design, including the overall design, system design, database system design, system security design, etc.. At the end of the Shanxi Energy Group coal transportation management system to implement the system,especially in the Shanxi energy group contract management, freight and coal management,design and implementation of financial management, process management and financial approval function.In this paper, the design and implementation of Jinneng group coal transportation management system based on the research and Analysis on the management system of contract management, freight and coal management, financial management, process management, financial management and other functions for approval.
