【摘要】 共青团工作在驻京办事机构工作中处于基础性战略地位,在加强地方政府与中央政府联系、推动改革开放和经济建设、推进社会主义现代化建设事业等方面发挥着巨大的作用。随着社会发展进步,跨地区、跨产业、跨所有制的青年流动现象日益明显,青年思想价值观更加多元、视野更加开阔、学习愿望更加强烈、维权意识不断增强、成才需求更加多样,广大青年的思想和价值观易受到冲击。驻京办事机构共青团工作面临来自外部环境巨大挑战的同时,内部也存在着组织定位不清晰、机构设置不合理、运行机制不健全、队伍建设力度缺乏、工作平台相对落后、工作保障缺乏等问题,加强驻京办事机构共青团组织建设彰显重要。论文从驻京办事机构共青团组织建设基本情况入手,分析了加强驻京办事机构共青团组织建设的必要性,以H省驻京办事机构团委工作实践为范例,在对目前驻京办事机构共青团存在问题分析研究的基础上,提出了明确共青团组织定位、完善驻京办事机构共青团组织架构建设、完善驻京办事机构共青团组织运行机制、加强驻京办事机构共青团组织队伍建设、创新发挥驻京办事机构共青团平台作用、加强驻京办共青团组织保障工作等多项促进驻京办事机构共青团组织建设工作发展的具体对策措施和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The youth league leads a fundamental role in the Beijing office work system.It has been affected the Beijing office work in ways like enhancing connection between local government and central government,continuing reform and economic construction etc.With the rapid growth of the modern community,value system of the younger generation verifies,their sight becomes opened,their desire of learning becomes more intense,their willingness of protecting rights increases and their needs to develop differentiated.As the outer environment puts a lot of pressure on the Beijing office youth league,the youth league itself develops problems such as unclear positioning,irrational organization,unsophisticated organism,lack of team construction,less developed work platform and protection.It is more and more important to better the construction of the youth league in the Beijing office.This dissertation has started from the construction of the Beijing office youth league by using the work of the Beijing office youth league of H province.It elaborates the necessity and feasibility of the construction of the Beijing office youth league.The main work and major outcome have been well presented.After analyzing the group itself and the surrounding environment,it raises the perfectly-matched methods to improve the construction of the Beijing office youth league,which includes ensuring the positioning of youth league,perfecting the organization construction,perfecting the youth league functioning organism,supplementing the team construction,improving the innovation of platform construction,improving the protecting work.更多还原
