【摘要】 随着信息产业革命的发展,受众对于新闻时效性的要求打破原有的报纸传播模式,报业被迫改变,网络媒体对于传统媒体的冲击最大。目前,国内报业单位已经充分意识到必要的转型升级,其通过对音视频、网络、图像的新闻要素的有效包装,从而提高新闻采写、编辑与发布的效率,这就是全新的新闻编采系统。此举主要是为了让传统报业适应日新月异信息化发展的要求。由于全新编采系统集成了前沿的信息技术,可以提供丰富的新闻信息处理功能,从而让报业集团在信息传播领域仍处于重要地位。新闻编采系统是平台,实现软件和硬件一体化管理,它能够提供一整套方案处理信息,为报业集团运行提供便利。全新编采系统不仅适应了社会发展急需的信息化要求,更体现了新闻时效性的客观要求。在新闻工作中,报纸记者在现场记录文字,也是新闻稿件第一责任人,要在规定时间内把稿件送至报社,确保信息顺利传播给受众。目前在传媒领域新闻报道的模式多样,报纸因其不可修改性奠定了存在的必然性,录入、采编、提炼、检索、剪裁、校对都是组成部分。但实际情况是,由于携带计算机始终没有携带智能手机便利,影响信息传播速度。因此,手机端移动新闻编采系统适用于第一时间的新闻报道。本文以报业新闻单位目前使用采编系统状况为参考,并对部分移动设备现状的进行分析,针对原有编采系统的一些不足之处,设计并制作出一个手机端移动编采系统,应对信息社会的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of the information revolution,the newspaper media also has changed dramatically.It acts as the focal point of the information society while facing the urgent audience requirements of timeliness,accuracy and universality.At present,major media companies all have spent a great deal of cost in developing news reporting system in order to improve the efficiency of how the news are organized,edited and published.It integrates the advanced and mature information technology to to provide a wealth of information processing functions and processing methods,and enhances the role of news and information in social production.News reporting system is an integrated platform of both software and hardware,it provides a systematical solution for the development of newspaper information system while reflecting their timeliness.In the current society of information,the efficiency of the news is very important.Journalists have to send the news back to the office at the first time so as to ensure that they are selected,edited and published at the top speed.In the current market there are a lot of news reporting systems on sale,they realize most required functions for newspaper production.However,most such systems cannot fully meet the real-time requirements of collecting and transporting news objects,including drafts,pictures,audio,video,and other type of medias.Computer terminals are not portable enough to stay active for the journalists,so that they slow down the processing speed of getting and sending the news information.Therefore,the news agencies are calling for a reporting system that can respond fast,use freely,and act perfect.This paper analyzes the current mobile devices while referring the editorial system in use.We design and implement a mobile-endpoint based news reporting system.It takes full use of the portability and multi-functionality of the smart phones.It can realize a series of news reporting means on the phone,including taking pictures,recording videos,editing drafts,etc.By using the system,journalists can realize the quick editing and quick publication on the phone endpoints,which greatly improves the freshness of the news and highlights the timeliness feature of news.更多还原
