基于二维码的电厂设备检修保养管理系统及App应用

【摘要】 本文作者工作于火力发电企业,电厂设备的管理、巡检及维护是作者及同事们的主要工作。虽然随着电厂信息化建设的深入,已经部署了电厂监控管理系统等信息系统,实现了设备管理的信息化,但仍然存在着一些不如人意的地方,如与电厂日常设备巡检工作流程不完全一致,通过KKS编码识别设备操作繁琐、效率不高,未使用先进的移动互联网技术实现设备、备品备件和人的有效识别等。针对以上问题,通过与领导、同事们进行深入交流,对设备巡检、养护流程进行全面分析,设计实现了一个适合于本厂实际情况的电厂设备检修保养管理系统,并开发了与系统配合使用的app应用。该系统首先实现了电厂的设备管理,在此基础上进行设备的养护和巡检管理。在进行设备管理时,使用二维码技术结合设备的KKS编码对设备进行编码,以实现对设备的快速准确识别,实现了设备的新增、状态修改、查询统计和设备维护日志。在进行备品备件管理时,同样使用了二维码技术对备品备件进行编码管理。在进行检修保养时,检修保养人员通过App得到系统下达的检修保养任务,实现设备的计划内检修保养和计划外检修保养;通过App扫描设备的二维码获得设备的名称、型号信息和进行检修保养所需备件备品的名称和数量。在对厂房设备进行巡检时,通过GPS定位检修保养员的位置,实现对检修保养人员工作的监督。论文首先对系统进行了需求分析,然后对系统进行了设计。介绍了系统的设计原则,描述了系统的软件体系结构设计和整体流程设计,阐述了系统的功能设计和数据表设计。接着对系统进行了实现,介绍了系统的开发环境、系统开发所使用的关键技术,描述了各个功能模块详细的实现过程。在系统实现后,通过编写测试用例,对系统及附属App进行了详细测试,对测试中发现的问题进行了修改,最终系统通过了全部测试用例的测试。本文所实现的电厂设备维修管理系统实现了系统的设计目标,实现了电厂设备及备品备件基础信息管理、计划内和计划外的检修养护管理和设备的巡检管理。通过使用二维码技术实现了对设备及备品备件的迅速、准确识别,通过使用全球定位系统实现了对工作人员的监督。系统对设备检修保养管理的流程科学、合理,符合本厂的实际情况。本文的进一步工作目标是研究如何将物联网技术融入系统中,更好地实现设备的检修维护管理。

【Abstract】 The author works in a thermal power enterprise and is responsible for the power plant equipment management,routing inspection and maintenance together with his colleagues.As the deep development of plant informatization construction,though the plant has deployed monitoring management system and other information system to implement the equipment management informatization,but there are still unsatisfactory conditions.For instance,it is not fully consistent with the daily equipment routing inspection work flow,the KKS code identification equipment operation is complicated while its efficiency is not high,and it isn’t involved in the advanced mobile internet technology implementation equipment,spare parts and human effective recognition and so on.Regarding to above problems,after the deep communication with company leaders and colleagues and comprehensive analysis for equipment routing inspection and maintenance flow,a power plant equipment repair and maintenance management system,which is fit for the plant actual situation,is designed and implemented.And a suitable app application is also developed following the system.At first,this system has realized the equipment management,on this basis,it also has the maintenance and routing inspection management functions.When implementing equipment management function,it combines QR code technology with KKS code to code the equipment,so it could identify the equipment quickly and accurately and further achieve the equipment adding,state changing,inquiry statistics and maintenance log.When making spare parts management,QR code technology is also used to code the spare parts.The repair and maintenance personnel receives tasks from system by App to implement the planned and unplanned repair and maintenance,in addition,they could get the equipment name,model information and the name & quantity of the needed spare parts by scanning the equipment’s QR code.When doing routing inspection,it could realize the supervision for repair and maintenance personnel works though GPS locating their positions.Firstly,the paper focus on the demand analysis of this system and then turns to the design.This paper introduces the system design philosophy,describes the software architecture design and overall process design,and expounds its function design and data sheet design.Then implementing the system,this paper introduces the system development environment and key technology,and describes detailed implementation procedure of every function module.After system implementation,this paper makes a detailed test for system and App by writing test cases and modifies problems found in tests,finally,the system passes all tests.The implemented power plant equipment repair and maintenance management system in the paper has achieved power plant equipment & spare parts basic information management,planned and unplanned repair and maintenance management and equipment routing inspection.It realizes the quick but accurate recognition for equipment and spare parts in terms of QR code technology,and the supervision for workers by using GPS.The system work flow is not only scientific but also reasonable,which is suitable for the actual condition of this plant.The further job objective for this paper is researching how to integrate the Internet of Things into the system to better realize equipment repair and maintenance management.
