深基坑支护设计数值模拟分析及工程应用

【摘要】 基坑工程是一个系统工程,影响其稳定因素较多。当前深基坑项目都在逐年增加,同时深基坑支护设计与施工存在的问题也是越来越多。基坑开挖当中,既要保证基坑自身的稳定性,还需得保证相邻建筑物与地下管道等市政工程的安全。在实际工程实践中,当前深基坑支护设计理论需要进一步完善。过于保守地考虑安全,将加大投资,造成浪费;当下调基坑的稳定性与变形方面的控制标准时,虽然降低了投资,但极可能造成了工程事故。因此,一种支护方式的实行需要考虑多个方面的因素。论文以芜湖市永盛花园二期工程为例,对几种常见的基坑支护方式进行筛选比较,分析各自的优缺点、适用范围和适用条件,并结合场地本身地质状况,选用土钉墙支护方式,经济效益较好。采用Abaqus数值分析软件模拟了基坑分步开挖与支护的全过程,分析了基坑边坡的土体位移和支护结构的内力。Abaqus数值分析结果表明,计算出该支护设计在基坑开挖施工进程中均能满足标准,证明了所选支护设计类型的合理性、有效性与经济性。Abaqus数值分析在辅助深基坑支护设计中有较强的实践意义,为工程设计和施工提供参考,具有较好的指导作用。
【Abstract】 Foundation pit engineering is a systematic project and it has a lot of influencing factors.At present,the deep foundation pit project is increasing every year,while it has more and more problems of support design and construction in the deep foundation pit engineering.it is necessary to ensure the stability of the foundation pit itself,but also need to ensure that adjacent buildings and underground pipelines and other municipal works safety.In the actual engineering practice,it needs to be further improved that the current deep foundation pit support design theory.It will increase investment and wasting because of too conservative consideration of security.It can reduce investment when reducing the stability of the foundation pit and deformation control standards,but it also most likely to cause a project accident.Therefore,the implementation of a support approach need to consider a number of factors.Taking the second phase of Yongsheng Garden in Wuhu City as an example,this paper compares several common methods of foundation pit support,included analysis of their own advantages and disadvantages,scope of application and applicable conditions,Finally,it chooses soil nailing support,which combined with the geological conditions of the site itself.This kind of support can bring the good economic efficiency.The Abaqus numerical analysis software was used to simulate the whole process of excavation and support of the foundation pit.The soil displacement and the internal force of the supporting structure were analyzed.The results of numerical analysis of Abaqus showed that the support design can meet the standard in the construction process of foundation pit.It proved the rationality,validity and economy of the selected support design.The Abaqus numerical analysis has a strong practical significance in the design of auxiliary deep foundation pit support,which has a good guiding effect for engineering design and construction.
