【摘要】 制造业是衡量一个国家综合国力的重要标志,也是“一带一路”战略下的先锋,尤其是在大型装备制造业蓬勃发展的今天,制造业发展水平对于国家的经济增长起到举足轻重的作用。然而,我国制造型企业的整体发展水平却不尽如人意,其中很重要的原因就是生产效率低,原有的生产流程无法适应日益复杂多变的竞争环境。因此,对生产流程实施优化,使其适应全球化的发展,是很有必要也很有意义的一项课题。本文力图运用管理学相关基础理论,通过对C公司的生产运作现状及内部流程问题进行分析,运用对比的手法,阐述新旧生产流程的差别及进行生产流程优化的必要性,企业生产流程优化过程中如何改进现有生产设施和条件。围绕发展战略目标,从产品结构特点、工艺流程、生产运作流程及面临的形势多角度进行了分析,诊断出C公司目前存在的问题。针对问题及产生这些问题的原因,从生产流程优化的实施条件入手,设计出C公司生产流程优化的总体方案,并结合现代轨道交通装备制造企业的特征对新的生产流程实施后的状况进行了评估,以验证生产流程优化实现了较高价值并具有实际意义。本文从理论研究到实际问题,再到对策和提出相关建议,以及对新流程的策划,反映了本人对生产流程优化的一些浅显见解。目前,世界范围内热衷于对先进的生产模式和流程优化的研究和探讨,各种新思想,新方法也在新技术的支撑下层出不穷。针对我国国情并结合实际情况,有选择性地学习和运用这些新的技术,提高企业的现代化管理水平,能有效提升企业的市场竞争力,也是我在后续工作中需要持续关注的重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Manufacturing industry is an important symbol to measure a country’s comprehensive national strength,but also a pioneer of The Belt and Road Initiative strategy,especially the rapid development in the manufacturing of large equipment today to the development level of manufacturing industry plays a decisive role in the country’s economic growth.However,the overall development level of our country’s molding enterprises is not satisfactory.One of the most important reasons is that the production efficiency is low,and the original production process can not adapt to the increasingly complex and competitive environment.Therefore,it is necessary and meaningful to optimize the production process and adapt it to the development of globalization.This paper tries to apply the management theory,through the analysis of C company’s production operation situation and internal process,by means of contrast,this new production process and the difference between the necessity of production process optimization,optimization of production process to improve the existing production facilities and conditions in the process of.Centering on the development strategic target,this paper analyzes the product structure,technological process,production operation process and the situation that faces,and diagnoses the existing problems of C company.In view of the problems and the causes of these problems,starting from the implementation conditions of production process optimization,design a general optimization scheme of C company,and the new production process after the implementation of the situation was evaluated according to characteristics of modern rail transportation equipment manufacturing enterprises,in order to optimize the production process validation to achieve high value and practical meaning.From the theoretical research to practical problems,and then to countermeasures and suggestions,as well as the planning of the new process,reflects my views on the optimization of production processes.At present,the whole world is interested in the research and discussion of advanced production model and process optimization.All kinds of new ideas and methods are also under the support of new technology.According to the situation of our country and combined with the actual situation,selective learning and using these new technologies,improve the management level of modern enterprises,can effectively enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises,the key is I need sustained attention in the follow-up work.更多还原
