基于元件故障率曲线的配电网可靠性评估和配电终端优化配置

【摘要】 随着科技的发展、工业的进步、城市人口的迅速增加以及市场经济的推动,配电网的可靠性及配电终端的优化配置越来越受到重视。为准确评估配电网可靠性,提升配电终端优化配置效率,本文在配电网的分析中考虑元件故障率浴盆曲线。主要工作如下:首先,运用Weibull分布对元件故障率浴盆曲线进行建模。分析故障率常用的模型,研究故障率曲线的构造,进而选择Weibull分布采用分段式构造元件故障率曲线。其次,研究考虑故障率曲线的配电网可靠性评估。考虑配电网元件故障率特性,分析配电网可靠性数据指标及其影响因素,分析配电网可靠性成本,采用基于逆流传递和顺流归并的可靠性快速评估方法,对配电网可靠性进行评估。再次,研究考虑故障率曲线的配电终端优化配置,并研究基于定性分析与定量计算相结合的配电终端优化方法。在考虑元件故障率浴盆曲线的基础上,讨论配电终端优化的模型,论述配电终端和通信方案设计原则,结合配电终端优化典型特点,对配电终端优化配置进行定性分析;采取定量计算,验证配电终端配置可靠性是否满足要求。最后,运用MATLAB对架空线算例开展实际计算。以我国某市配电网部分网架为例,基于MATLAB编程,进行基于故障率曲线的配电网可靠性评估和配电终端优化配置计算,结果验证本文所提方法的正确性。

【Abstract】 Now,with the development of science and technology,the progress of the industry,the rapid increase of the urban population and the promotion of the market economy,the reliability of distribution network and the optimal setting of distribution terminals have been paid more attention.In order to accurately assess the reliability of distribution network and improve the efficiency of power distribution terminal setting,in this paper,the failure rate bathtub curve is considered in the analysis of distribution network.The main work is as follows:Firstly,it is to recommend the failure rate and reliability,analyze the common failure rate model,study the structure of the failure rate curve,select the weibull distribution to establish element failure rate curve which is adopted segmental combination.Secondly,study distribution network reliability evaluation which is considering the failure rate curve considering distribution network element failure characteristics,considering the component failure rate characteristic of distribution network,analyzing the distribution network reliability data standard andthe distribution network reliability cost,it is based on the up-stream delivering and down-stream merging of reliability indices of distribution system reliability evaluation method that the reliability of the distribution network is evaluated.Thirdly,Considering the component failure rate curve,based on the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation,the optimization method of distribution terminal is proposed.Considering distribution network failure rate curve of components,discuss the model of distribution terminal optimization,analysis the distribution terminal and communication design principle,analysis the typical features of the distribution network,it is adopt qualitative analysis to optimize the power distribution terminal setting;since then,adopt the method of quantitative calculation to verify the reliability of the power distribution terminal whether meet the requirements.At last,through case analysis,the correctness and effectiveness of this method is verified.Through a part of the city distribution network in China,based on Matlab programming calculation,based on the failure rate curve of distribution network reliability assessment and the optimal allocation of the power distribution terminal,the results verify the correctness of the proposed method in this paper.
