【摘要】 近几年来,商业银行运营风险管理工作,在提高运营质量、运营效率,以及保障运营安全方面都发挥着至关重要的作用,已经日益成为提高银行核心竞争力的重要举措。随着经济的快速发展以及网络信息化的不断拓展,商业银行间的竞争也愈发激烈。面对这种形势,如何建立科学合理的网点运营风险分级管理评定体系,实现银行网点运营风险的分级分类管理,已成为商业银行亟需解决的一个问题。本文采用基本理论说明,吸取国内外相关行业先进管理经验,并结合作者自身的运营风险管理经验,对G银行网点的运营风险分级管理工作进行深入思考和认真研究,试图剖析在现行网点运营风险分级管理评定工作上存在的问题及问题的成因,之后通过对网点运营风险分级管理指标体系的优化和完善,进一步精准定位营业网点的运营风险等级,最终提出和实施G银行网点运营风险分级管理的优化方案。本文共划分为六个部分,各章结构及主要内容为:第一章为绪论部分。主要论述了本文研究的背景、目的与意义、内容与结构、主要方法。第二章介绍研究的理论基础,论述网点运营风险的概念及其与相近概念的区分,作为网点运营风险分级管理评定的基础,并介绍了网点运营风险分级管理评定的构成、评价标准与方法,同时阐述了评级的必要性。第三章结合G银行现状,找出网点运营风险分级管理评定工作存在的主要问题及问题产生的原因,全面的对网点运营风险分级管理评定工作进行剖析,为后文的网点运营风险分级管理评定的优化和完善打下良好基础。第四章明确了网点运营风险分级管理评定工作的优化目标,并设计了一套优化方案,实施运营风险的分类与分级,有条理、有重点的进行分析与管理。第五章阐述了如何实施优化方案,以及为进一步推进网点运营风险分级管理评定优化方案而采取的几项保障措施。第六章为结论。通过以上章节的分析,以及笔者对现实管理实践的思考,从宏观体系到具体措施,提出网点运营风险分级管理评定的优化策略,有效控制网点业务运营风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the commercial bank’s operational risk management,to improve operation quality and operating efficiency,and to ensure the safety of operating all play a crucial role,has become increasingly improve the bank’s core competitive ability important action.with the rapid development of economy and the constant expansion of network information technology,the competition between commercial Banks are increasingly fierce.In the face of such situation,how to establish scientific and reasonable network operational risk classification management evaluation system,implement classified management of operational risk,bank branch has become commercial Banks need to solve a problem.Related industries at home and abroad based on the basic theory,draw the advanced management experience,combined with the author’s own experience of operational risk management,operational risk classification management of G bank branch work in-depth thinking and careful study,tries to analyze the operational risk classification management assessment of the current branch on the existing problems and the cause of the problem,then through the optimization of node index system of operational risk classification management and improvement of further pinpoint outlets level of operational risk,finally put forward and implementing the G bank outlets operational risk classification management optimization scheme.This article altogether is divided into six parts,clothing structure and the main content is: the first chapter is the introduction part.Mainly discussed in this paper,we study the background,purpose and significance,content and structure,the main method.The concept of the second chapter introduces the theoretical basis for research,and discusses the network operational risk and its distinguish with similar concepts,as a branch of the evaluation of operational risk classification management,and introduces the network operational risk classification management evaluation form,evaluation standard and methods,this paper expounds the necessity of ratings at the same time.Third chapter together with the present situation of G bank,and find out the network operational risk classification management assessment of the main problems and the reasons of the problems,a comprehensive evaluation work analyzes network on operational risk classification management,for the evaluation of operational risk classification management of branch optimization and improve to lay a good foundation.The fourth chapter has been clear about the network operational risk classification management assessment of the optimization goal,and design a set of optimization schemes,the implementation of operational risk classification and grading,organized and focused analysis and management.Fifth chapter elaborated how to carry out optimization scheme,and assessment in order to further promote the network operational risk classification management optimization scheme and several security measures.The sixth chapter is conclusion.Through the analysis of the above chapters,and thinking to the real management practice,the writer from the macroscopic system to the specific measures,put forward the network optimization strategy for evaluation of operational risk classification management,effective control of network business operational risk.更多还原
