【摘要】 基于110警情数据挖掘人类行为模式,对应急管理、城市安全规划等领域有很重要的指导意义,而社区群体行为模式特征能够反应群体行为在时间特性和空间特性上存在的现象以及规律。本文深入挖掘110警情数据,并基于社区群体行为模式特征,对110警情领域相关特征、社区属性和群体行为模式特征三方面进行相关性分析,构建安全指数模型并分析社区安全指数。具体的,本文做了如下工作:第一,提出了社区安全指数模型。模型包括110警情领域相关特征、社区属性特征和群体行为模式特征的特征选取、相关性分析、社区安全指数计算、社区安全指数评估这五部分。第二,提出了社区安全指数分析平台的设计,包括平台框架设计、平台数据流设计和平台模块设计。在模块设计中包括了社区属性数据获取模块、群体行为模型特征计算模块、警情属性数据获取模块、相关性分析模块、安全指数计算模块。第三,提出了社区安全指数模型的实验验证与评估。实验验证具体包括警情数据集获取、社区属性和群体行为模式特征选择、警情模型构建和评估,社区安全指数计算与分析这几个方面。本文构建了社区安全指数模型,基于群体行为模式特征进行分析,对社区安全规划领域具有一定的指导意义。同时本文设计了基于110警情的社区安全指数分析平台,为后续的开发起到了推动作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Researching behavior patterns of human beings from data of 110 policing alert is meaningful in related domains including city planning,emergency management.And the feature of behavior pattern can reflect the temporal and spatial laws about groups of human beings.This paper deeply researches the data of 110 policing alert,analyzes the correlations among the features of 110 policing alert attributes,features of community attributes and features of behavior pattern,builds community safety index model and analyzes the community safety index.Specifically,the contributions of this paper are described as follows:First,the community safety index model is proposed.The model includes feature selection of 110 policing alert attributes,community attributes and groups behavior pattern attributes,correlation analysis among them,community safety index analysis and community safety index assessment.Second,the platform of community safety index is proposed,which includes the design of framework platform,the design of platform data flow,and the design of platform module.The platform module includes 110 policing alert attributes acquisition module,community attributes acquisition module,behavior pattern attributes acquisition module,correlation analysis module and community safety index analysis module.Third,the experimental assessment of community safety index is proposed.The assessment includes feature selection of attributes mentioned above,model construction and community safety index analysis.This paper builds community safety index model and analyzes the feature of group behavior pattern,which is meaningful in the domains of planning of community safety.Also,this paper designs the platform of community safety index,which has great impact on the development later.更多还原
