【摘要】 本论文是一篇关于二线青年运动员的生活体验的质的研究报告。二线青年运动员,一个稍显陌生的群体,他们是怎么样的一群人?他们处在一个什么样的环境下?他们对自己是如何看待的?又是什么造就了这些认识?笔者希望在看似平常的再熟悉不过的日常生活中以新的方式来看待这个群体,以期能够引发人们对于这个群体更真实更恰当的关注。本论文以二线青年运动员的生活体验为研究对象,通过研究场域的实际观察与深度访谈法,选取了三位比较有代表性的二线青年运动员,通过对他们的日常生活体验、学习体验以及体育训练体验进行描述,透过对三者之间复杂交互过程的分析,试图真实且客观呈现该群体生活样貌以及背后的深刻意义。论文分为六个章节。第一章为绪论,主要分为四个部分。第一节介绍了本论文的研究背景,第二节阐述了研究缘起和意义,第三节为相关概念和文献研究的概述,第四节为研究设计和论文框架。第二、三、四章是三位二线青年运动员的生活体验文本资料分析,每章都从他们各自的日常生活体验、学习体验以及体育训练三个维度进行描述和分析解读。第五章为二线青年运动员生活体验的跨个案分析。主要包括三个方面内容:体校生态环境的独特性及其影响因素、负性学习体验的影响因素以及自我设限的职业生涯发展道路。第六章为结论章,包括研究结论和研究反思。二线青年运动员的生活总体上呈现出负性体验的状态,在可预见的未来该群体的职业发展道路并不容乐观;该群体职业生涯发展困境主要表现在发展道路的不可持续性、职业转换面临的诸多障碍以及体育运动训练的经验性与非专业性三个方面;造成二线青年运动员职业生涯发展困境的主要原因在于目前我国特殊的体育运动环境、体育训练制度的弊端以及个人与家庭因素的综合影响作用。最后,本研究在此基础上从社会、体校以及二线青年运动员自身三个方面提出优化与改善二线青年运动员职业生涯发展道路的具体建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This dissertation is a qualitative research on life experience of the reserve young athletes.How they are living?What kind of environment are they involved in?What do they think of themselves?What cause this awareness?The author tried to focus on their daily life of this group by a new way.Based on the actual observations of the research field and deep interviews,the author tries to present multifaceted life experience-academic learning,sports training,leisure life and the interaction among the three.The reserve young athletes are not satisfied with the life,and their career development path is not optimistic in the future.The development dilemma of the group is mainly manifested in the following three aspects:unsustainability of future career,rigid barrier of career transition,low effectiveness academic studying and sports training.There are various factors affect the career situation:the special sports environment,the malpractice of the sports training system and the comprehensive influence of the individual and family factors.Finally,on the basis of the research,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize and improve the career development path of the reserve young athletes from three aspects of the society,the sports school and the reserve young athletes themselves.更多还原
