【摘要】 改革开放以来,我国经济呈现迅速而长足的发展态势但是政治文化的发展仍处于相对贫瘠的状态,当今中国经济"硬实力"与文化"软实力"之间的巨大落差凸显了加快推进中国话语体系建设的重要性与紧迫性。加之存在于当下重大转型时期的西方话语渗透、国人价值观模糊与信仰缺失,以及由此而引发的一系列社会问题,都对健全和完善一种能够发挥关键性引导作用的国家主导价值观提出了迫切的要求。2012年政府提出三个倡导,厘定了我国的社会主义价值观的内容,力图藉此构建我国的共同信仰和话语结构。自此,怎么样阐释和推广我国的核心价值观,怎样最大限度地发挥它对内凝聚共识、塑造认同,对外平等对话、对抗西方话语霸权的效用成为重要的理论和实践问题。本文首先阐述选题的背景与意义,同时就我国的社会主义价值观和新加坡共同价值观的相关比较文献做出评述。其次,介绍新加坡政府"共同价值观"与社会主义核心价值观发展的历史以及两种价值观的基本含义。继而在此基础上从国家的维度、社会的维度和个人的维度详细比较。我们发现,在国家层面上,两种价值观呈现出发达国家与发展中国家的诉求侧重点存在差异;在社会这一角度上,两者呈现出处理社会和国家关系的两种不同方式;在个人层面上,两者分别强调的是对个人的尊重和要求。最后,本文结合社会主义核心价值观的具体内容从个人和国家、国家和社会以及时代和传统等方面来考察这种国家精神在处理三种关系方面的内在逻辑,并从国内和国际两个层面上探讨如何进一步讲好中国故事,建立起来我国的话语结构,争取话语权。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy has a rapid development but the development of political culture is still in a relative poor state,so a huge gap between the China economic "hard power" and "soft power" highlights the importance and urgency of speeding up the construction of discourse system of China..The western discourse and existence in the current period of significant transition penetration,Chinese values of ambiguity and lack of faith triggered a series of social problems,so to improve and perfect a leading value can play a key role in the guidance of values demanded urgently.In 2012,the government put forward three proposals to determine the content of socialist values in China,and tried to build a common belief and discourse structure in china.Since then,how to interpret and generalize the core value concept in our country,how to maximize its internal consensus shaping the foreign identity and equal dialogue to against western discourse hegemony theory and practice utility becomes important.This paper first expounds the background and significance of the selected topic,and also reviews the relevant literature of our socialist values and the common values of Singapore.Secondly,it introduces the history of the Singapore government’s "common values" and the socialist core values,and the basic meaning of the two values.Then the article points out that the basis of comparison is to compare the two values on the basis of political culture.And further from the country’s dimensions,social dimensions and personal dimensions of the two values,this article makes detailed comparison and analysis.We found that at the national level,the two values showed differences between developed and developing countries and in this point of view of society,both show two different ways of dealing with the relationship between state and society besides,at the individual level,the emphasis is on personal respect and requirements.Finally,the article reveals the internal logic of combining with the specific content of the socialist core values from the individual and the state,the state and society and the times and traditional aspects in dealing with three relations.The division of single digestion under the framework of socialist core values is limited to explain problems on dynamics,so from the domestic and international level,we explore how to speak China story,set up the discourse structure of our country of the right to speak.更多还原
