国道G213线羊店1组后山泥石流特征及防治技术研究

【摘要】 泥石流是我国最常见的一种地质灾害,尤其在汶川地震后,地震灾区许多山体松动,为泥石流的形成埋下了巨大隐患,故近年来四川地区泥石流频发。阿坝州汶川县绵虒镇于2013.7.9发生了超过50年一遇大暴雨,羊店1组后山爆发泥石流,直接威胁居民38户129人、羊店村砖厂、同时威胁国道213线长度400m,威胁财产共计超过1000万元,一旦再次发生泥石流不仅对当地居民和都汶路构成威胁,堵塞岷江,将对整个上游居民和下游沿线居民造成严重影响。为更好地治理该泥石流并为同类泥石流的防治提供一定理论依据,本文通过实地勘察、现场监测等手段对该泥石流的特征及成因进行了分析,并提出了合理的治理措施。本文从自然和地质环境条件、泥石流所在区域的四条沟道的地形地貌、沟道条件、物源条件等分析了泥石流形成的条件,并且通过对泥石流的冲淤特征、堆积物特征进行分析,采用相应的方法对泥石流的重度、流量、一次过流总量、冲积物、冲压力等特征值进行了计算,同时对泥石流的成因及发展趋势进行了探讨。得出羊店1组后山泥石流沟为典型的低频暴雨沟谷型泥石流沟,2013.7.9爆发的泥石流为50年一遇,总量冲出量约2.6×l04m3,破坏力大。根据泥石流沟道条件、沟口堆积条件、物源启动模式和一次在冲出固体物质总量等综合考虑后,对于该泥石流的治理提出两种综合治理方案,方案一为"潜槛群+拦挡坝+停於堤+排导槽",方案二为"拦挡坝+排导槽",通过技术可行性、施工条件、工程投资比较,最终确定方案一为该泥石流的治理方案。同时本文也在施工图阶段的可研、初设基础上细化了治理方案。该治理措施确了保国道G213线的畅通,为后期治理相似灾害提供了参考依据。

【Abstract】 Debris flow is one of the most common geological disasters in our country,especially after the Wenchuan earthquake,many mountain were loose in the disaster area,which had buried huge hidden troubles for formation of debris flow,therefore.,Debris flow occurred frequently landslides in Sichuan in recent years.A torrential rainstorm occurred in Miansi town of Wenchuan county on July 9th,2013,which was more than a time in fifty years,the hill back the Yangdian One Group broke out debris flow,that directly threated 38 households,129 residents,the brick field in Yangdian village as well as 400 meters of the national highway 213.It also threated a total of more than 10 million yuan of property.Once the debris flow occurs again,it would not only threat the local residents and Duwen highway,but also block the Minjiang River.Thus it will have adverse effect on the entire upstream and downstream residents along the river,and the disaster will be very serious.In order to control the debris flow and provide theoretical basis for similar debris flow,this thesis has analyzed the characteristics causes and put forward reasonable measures about this debris flow based on field inspection and monitoring.This thesis has analyzed the formation conditions the debris flow from natural and geological environmental conditions,topography and geomorphology,channel conditions,source conditions of the four channels in debris flow area,meanwhile,through analyzing the characteristics of erosion and deposition,calculating the eigenvalue of severe.flow,a flow amount,alluvium,stamping force and so on in corresponding methods,the causes and development trend of the debris flow are discussed.These gullies are turbulent,rainstorm debris flow at a low frequency,the frequency of the debris flow on 9th july,2013 is 50 years once,its total amount is about 2.6 × 104 m3.Taking into account of all the factors such as the channel conditions,mizoguchi deposit conditions,material source startup mode and the total amount of the solid material,this thesis proposes two control schemes,the first scheme is "submerged sill swarm+dam+stopping silt+drainage canals",the second scheme is "dam+drainage canal",comparing the technical feasibility,construction conditions and project investment between the two schemes,the first scheme is regarded as the final control scheme.The control scheme is refined at the construction stage.The paper would provide scientific basis for the smooth flow of the national highway 213,and a reference for the related study of debris flow.
