【摘要】 都官制是中国古代一项重要的政治制度,它源于周代的采邑制,大致成型于战国,并在秦及汉初继续作为国家体制的组成部分而存在。本文围绕着战国至汉初的都官的真实含义以及秦汉都官的差异这两个主要问题来展开研究。文章主体分为四个部分:第一部分主要是对前人研究成果中的几种代表性观点进行分析,找出其中的问题所在。把握学界对都官研究的关切点,以完善笔者对都官的认识;第二部分主要是对秦、汉简牍中的都官进行逐一辨析,以确立起都官即为封邑之官的论点;第三部分依托简牍材料,对秦汉的封邑的特点进行了对比,二者的差异充分证明了秦重集权、汉尚分封;第四部分对汉代都官的流变,作了初步的探究。本文以秦汉简牍为主要材料,搜罗其中与都官相关的条文,以此展开分析,并在具体问题的解释上,多引传世文献以加佐证。诸多史料证明,秦及汉初的都官之义,并非如颜师古所言的京师诸官府,而是有一个流变的历史过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Du Guan is an important political system in ancient China,which was originated from the Fief System of Zhou Dynasty,roughly formed in Warring State Period and continued to exist as a part of the state system in the Qin and early Han Dynasties.The paper focuses on the following two questions:1.What’s the real meaning of Du Guan in the period from the Warring State to early Han Dynasty?2.What’s the difference between Qin and Han Dynasties in Du Guan?The main body of the article is divided into four parts:The first part is mainly on the analysis of several representative point of view in previous studies,tries to find out their problems,and grasps the academic research of chief concerns to improve my understanding on Du Guan;The second part is mainly on the analysis of Du Guan one by one in the Qin and Han Bamboo Slips and establishes the argument:Du Guan is the officials of fief;Based on the bamboo materials,the third part compares the characteristics of fief of Qin and Han Dynasties.The differences fully prove that Qin attached importance to the centralization system,while Han Dynasty advocated the system of enfeoffment.The fourth part makes a preliminary inquiry on the evolution of Du Guan in Han Dynasty.The paper chooses the Qin and Han Bamboo Slipsa the main materials,collects all the clauses related to Du Guan and conducts further studies.In the specific issues of interpretation,the paper tends to quote more hand-down-litrature as the evidence.The proofs explain that the meaning of Du Guan in the Qin and Han Dynasties is not as Yan shi gu said,but there is a historical process of evolution.更多还原
