面向智能变电站仿真技术的移动可视化监控系统设计与实现

【摘要】 随着国家电网公司"坚强智能电网"发展规划的提出,智能电网成为电网发展的研究热点。作为智能电网的重要支撑环节,智能变电站承担着电能转换与控制的重要任务,其监控系统的开发与应用,对变电站安全可靠运行具有重要意义。为此,本文以可视化技术为支撑,对监控系统在数字化智能变电站中的应用进行了研究。论文通过对变电站监控系统研究现状的综述,结合智能变电站的运行特点,提出了数字化智能变电站仿真系统整体框架,并对智能变电站移动监控系统进行深入研究。根据智能变电站信息共享和安全可靠运行的需求,设计了一套基于B/S与C/S混合架构的移动可视化监控系统,并对移动监控系统的运行监视、操作与控制、信息综合分析与告警、运行管理功能进行了工程开发。应用面向对象的UML建模技术对系统的用户角色进行了建模分析,利用MMS规范的报告服务和控制服务实现了与间隔层二次设备的数据交互,通过对保存"五防"逻辑规则的配置文件进行解析,实现了操作的防误闭锁,利用可视化技术实现了变电站三维场景的搭建与交互。从而实现了对智能变电站的远程管理与本地监控,增强了变电站监控的灵活性。论文结合智能变电站仿真应用的需求,利用Eclipse开发工具、3dsMax建模软件、Unity引擎、MySQL数据库在Android平台上对移动可视化监控系统进行了开发,实现了系统的运行监控、告警与处理、"五防"闭锁、操作票管理、可视化监控和远程管理功能,研究结果对智能变电站虚拟仿真平台的建设起到了积极意义。
【Abstract】 With the State Grid Corporation of China "strong smart grid" development plan putting forward,the smart grid has become the research focus of power grid development.As an important supporting part of smart grid,intelligent substation undertakes the important task of power conversion and control.The development and application of its monitoring and control system is of great significance to safe and reliable operation of substation.To this end,this dissertation used visual technology as the support to study the application of the monitoring and control system in the digital intelligent substation.In this dissertation,the research status of substation monitoring and control system was reviewed.Combined with the operation characteristics of intelligent substation,the overall framework of digital intelligent substation simulation system was proposed,and the monitoring system of intelligent substation was studied in depth.According to the requirements of information sharing and reliable operation of intelligent substation,a set of B/S and C/S hybrid architecture mode of mobile visual monitoring and control system was designed.And the functions of the mobile monitoring and control system,including monitoring,operation and control,information analysis and alarm,operation and management,was developed.The object-oriented UML modeling technology was used to model and analyze the system roles,and the data service of the secondary device was realized by MMS standard reporting service and control service.Using configuration files to preserve the "five prevention" logic rules,the lock of mistake operation was realized.Visual technology was used to achieve the construction and interaction of 3D substation scene.Therefore,remote management and local monitoring of the intelligent substation was realized,and the flexibility of substation monitoring was enhanced.Based on the needs of intelligent substation simulation application,the mobile visual monitoring and control system was developed on the Android platform by using Eclipse development tools,3dsMax modeling software,Unity engine and MySQL database.The system realizes the system operation monitoring,alarming and processing,"five prevention",operation ticket management,visual monitoring and remote management functions.The result of the research has positive significance to the construction of virtual simulation platform of intelligent substation.
