基于记忆结构的专利灵感知识提取及产品创新方法

【摘要】 在综合分析了专利、设计固化以及灵感激发机制研究现状之后,针对当前专利文本检索方法中存在的缺陷,以及设计师在产品设计过程中查找相关知识时间过长导致效率低的问题,提出了基于主题模型的关联专利筛选方法以及基于记忆结构的专利灵感知识提取、推送方法,并最终开发了基于专利知识的产品创新设计系统。全文分为五章:第一章阐述了课题的研究背景及意义,主要介绍了国内外关于专利、设计固化及灵感激发机制等相关研究的现状,确定了本文的研究方向以及主要研究内容。第二章针对当前专利筛选方法如词频统计建立向量空间的不足,提出了基于主题模型的专利文本筛选方法,利用目标专利在关鍵词筛选基础上进行二次筛选,有效提高了设计师在产品设计中的专利筛选效率。并比较了选取不同专利文本进行文本建模的效果,最后以美国专利库中的专利作为实例进行了验证。第三章研究了基于记忆结构的灵感知识提取、推送方法,从人类记忆、思维的角度对专利文本中的灵感知识进行了提取,并且根据设计者经验不同,进行不同的灵感知识推送过程,最后通过断路器电机减速操控装置的设计过程验证了上述创新方法的可行性。第四章以二、三章的理论为基础研制计算机辅助创新设计系统,说明了该系统各个功能模块的实现和使用方法,并且由该系统产生的产品已获得实用新型专利授权,发明专利已通过一审,初步验证了该系统的有效性。第五章对全文工作进行了总结并对后续的工作进行了展望。

【Abstract】 After analyzing the recent development of research of patents,design fixation and inspiration,this paper proposed the method of patent screen and the means to extract inspiration knowledge in patents,and developed the product innovation design system based on patent knowledge,for improving the current retrieval method of patent text and the searching efficiency of relative patent knowledge in the process of product design.There are five chapters in this paper:The first chapter illustrates the research background and meaning of our topic,mainly introducing the recent development of relative studies and determining the research direction and main contents.In the second chapter,this paper proposed the retrieval method of patent text based on Topic Model in view of the deficiency of current method such as the way of using vector space constructed by word frequency,making use of target patent to screen the patents again after the filter through keywords.In the last of this chapter,a test was made by using American patents for verifying the effect of the method proposed in this chapter and testing the effect of using different parts of patent text.The third chapter studied the methods of extracting and pushing knowledge in patents from the perspective of human memory structure,thinking pattern and experience of different designers.At last,the chapter described the process of the invention of the device to decelerate and control the motor in circuit breaker to test the effect of the method proposed in this chapter.The main content of the fourth chapter is to introduce the Computer Aided Product Innovation Design System based on Patent Knowledge,which is developed based on the theories illustrated in the chapters mentioned above.This chapter described the functions of different modules in this system and verified the efficiency through the introduction of national invention patent produced by this system.The last chapter summarized the work in this paper and pointed out the following work in the future.
