【摘要】 配送中心是产品由供应商到终端客户的重要流程环节,承载着商品流通中的枢纽作用。当前,我国大力发展配送中心,以满足各种基于配送服务的需求。此夕卜,随着互联网技术的发展,电子商务对产业经济的影响越来越深,尤其是对物流行业的发展起着至关重要的作用。但是,当前配送中心的发展与电子商务差距很大,已经成为了电子商务发展的瓶颈之一。在物流系统乃至整个供应链中,配送中心具有承上启下的作用。配送中心内部功能区的布局一旦确定,在未来很长的一段时间就无法改变,由于配送中心内部的运行费用及成本都非常高。因此,基于电子商务企业对配送中心的功能区进行布局研究,建立高效的物流配送体系,降低成本并提高物流服务质量,成电子商务物流行业所亟需改进的问题。为了降低配送中心的运营成本,提高各流程环节的作业效率,本文对配送中心内部功能区布局进行了较为深入的研究。这里,以GX公司配送中心为研究背景,分析其各个功能区的布局方案,最终提出了一套可以适用于GX公司配送中心的功能区布局规划方案及流程。本文首先介绍了配送中心功能区布局方法的国内外研究现状,并着重介绍了SLP方法。其次,分析了 SLP方法在GX公司配送中心内部功能区中应用的可行性。再次,探讨了 SLP方法在GX公司配送中心内部功能区布局中的具体应用,并结合图形构建法得出GX公司的功能区布局方案。同时,通过加权评价法对方案进行评价,给出最终的GX公司配送中心的功能区布局优化方案图。最后,对SLP在配送中心功能区布局规划的应用做出了总结与展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Distribution center is the important process of products from suppliers to end customers,carrying the pivotal role in the circulation of commodities.At present,China’s vigorous development of distribution center,to meet a variety of distribution services based on the needs of.In addition,with the development of Internet technology,e-commerce impact on industrial economy more and more deeply,especially plays a critical role in the development of the logistics industry.However,the current development of distribution center and e-commerce greatly,has become one of the bottleneck for the development of electronic commerce.In the logistics system and the whole supply chain,distribution center with a connecting role.Distribution center internal function area layout once identified,they can not be changed in the future for a long period of time,because the operation cost and cost distribution center are very high.Therefore,the layouts of functional areas of e-commerce businesses of distribution center based on the distribution system,establish a set of high efficiency,thereby reducing distribution costs,improve service quality,become the important problem of the development of e-commerce logistics.In order to ensure the scientific and rational planning of distribution center,to conduct in-depth research on layout planning functional area has very important theoretical and.Based on this,this paper takes GX company distribution center as the background,the GX company distribution center function area layout research,put forward a set of function area layout planning of internal GX company distribution center and relatively complete research process.This paper first introduces the current research on the layout method of functional areas distribution center at home and abroad,and introduces the SLP method.Secondly,analyzes the feasibility of application of SLP in GX company distribution center in the area of the internal function.Thirdly,discusses the application of SLP method in the GX company distribution center internal function area layout,and construction method that function area layout scheme of GX company combined with graphics.At the same time,through the weighted evaluation method of scheme,layout optimization program function area chart gives the final GX company distribution center.Finally,the application of SLP in distribution center layout planning functional area is summarized and prospected.更多还原
