【摘要】 随着中国社会的发展进程的日益加快,带来了家庭结构巨大的改变,家庭结构呈现多元化的发展,越来越多的农村老人为了子女选择离开家乡,往城市进行迁移。对于这类随迁老人人群,随迁后家庭就成了最重要的环境。随迁老人与家庭成员的关系,对随迁老人的新家庭关系适应,乃至城市社会适应都有着非常重要的影响。在现实生活中,随迁老人为了照顾孙辈,随迁后与子女生活在一起,但在生活习惯、家务琐事等方面因地理变迁、传统观念、朝夕相处中的频繁接触等难免发生冲突。因此,消除家庭代际冲突对随迁老人的家庭关系适应有着重要的作用。本文通过个案工作的方法,选择结构家庭治疗模式,介入到一个随迁老人家庭代际冲突问题的家庭中,以尝试解决随迁老人家庭代际冲突的问题。笔者通过在社区的摸底,走访了存在相关问题的家庭,经过慎重选择,对一个典型的家庭进行了介入治疗。文章先从家庭系统和家庭生命周期两个方面对家庭代际冲突的表现进行了分析,并总结了该冲突表现的成因。随后,根据分析的情况进入家庭,了解具体情况明确问题,制定服务计划并介入,通过纠正家庭沟通方式、明晰家庭成员边界、制定家庭协议等来完善案主家庭结构,基本解决了案主诉求,有效的改善了随迁老人家庭代际冲突的状况,改善了其家庭成员之间的沟通方式,也改善了被选择介入治疗的家庭的结构。最后,工作者通过任务完成评估和服务质量评估两个方面,对个案的完成情况进行了评估。从个案完成的效果来看,结构家庭治疗模式是一种有效适用于解决随迁老人家庭代际冲突问题的个案治疗模式,是一种行之有效的具体实践的方法。在个案工作介入随迁老人代际关系冲突问题的基础上,工作者随后从两个方面进行了反思。一方面,在实践中,对于在个案工作中结构家庭治疗模式的运用的反思,结构家庭治疗模式的运用是工作者进行介入的有效途径,有利于更深层次的找到冲突问题的根源,有利于建立良好的家庭成员沟通系统和家庭成员支持系统。但同时,我们也看到在结构家庭治疗模式中,家庭结构分析过程呈现简单化处理的情况,也有可能会过渡掌控个案过程的进展。另一方面,是对服务过程中伦理困境的反思,是在整个个案服务的过程当中,让工作者困惑的服务中的伦理困境是对正常家庭权力结构的界定和价值中立。最后,通过本次研究,希望能为其他地区的改善随迁老人家庭代际关系提供一定的经验参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the society is developing at a vast pace,great changes have taken place in Chinese family structure which is gradually diversified.With the development of social economy,the number of elderly migrating to city is larger and larger.For the elderly migrating to city,family is the most direct and important environment.The relationship between the man and the accompanying family members,to adapt to the The elderly migrating new family relationships,and even urban social adaptation has important impact.In real life,The elderly migrating to city old man in order to take care of grandchildren,together with their children after living in the accompanying,but in the living habits,household chores etc.due to geographical changes,traditional idea,with frequent contact in unavoidably conflict.The elimination of intergenerational conflict plays an important role in The elderly migrating to city households relationship adjustment.In this paper,through the method of case work,selection of structural family therapy model,involved a The elderly migrating to city family intergenerational conflict problem in the family,in order to try to solve The elderly migrating to city family intergenerational conflict problems.The author thoroughly in the community,households were visited on the purpose of investigating on relevant issues.Finally a typical family was chosen to try out the interventional therapy.This article has carried on the analysis to the intergenerational conflict from two aspects of family system and family life cycle,and summarized the causes of change conflict.Then,according to the analysis of the situation of entering the family,the handover problem specific situation clearly,make service plan and intervention,through the correct family communication,family members,making clear the boundary family protocol to improve the case the main family structure,basically solved the case demands,effectively improve the The elderly migrating to city family intergenerational conflict condition,improve between the members of the family communication,improve the family structure of the main case family.After the workers complete evaluation and service quality through the task of evaluation of two aspects,the completion of the case is evaluated.From the case of complete effect,structural family therapy is an effective and applicable case to solve the elderly migrating to city family intergenerational conflict treatment model,is a method of effective practice.The old man in the elderly migrating to city intergenerational relationship conflict based on case work,workers and then from the two aspects of the reflection.On the one hand,in practice,reflection for the use of structural family therapy model in the case of the use of structural family therapy,is an effective way in workers,conducive to the deeper roots of conflict problems,is conducive to the establishment of a member of the family members and family communication system a good support system.But at the same time,we also see in structural family therapy model,analysis process is simple to deal with the situation of family structure,there may be cases in control process of transition.On the other hand,is a reflection of the ethical dilemmas in the service process,service in the whole process of the case,let the ethical dilemma of workers in the service of confusion is the definition of a normal family power structure and value neutrality.Finally,through this study,hope to other areas to improve the elderly families the elderly migrating to city provide experience reference.更多还原
