基于人机工程学的四轴精磨抛光机意象造型设计

【摘要】 随着市场竞争的日益激烈,光学冷加工行业在我国高速发展,各个品牌的产品也在寻求品牌差异化。产品的形态是产品展现给人的第一印象,其营造的意象不仅传达了产品所蕴含的社会文化等信息,也表达了用户情感需求。形态是设计师将产品具体化使之有意象的一种方式,而意象又促进了人对产品的认知,因此,以某种形态呈现的产品,必须能被用户辨识,从而获得其意象,才能让用户了解与使用。本文在感性工学、人机工程学、心理学等的理论与方法基础之上,研究基于用户的感性需求的抛光机造型设计创新问题,将用户的感性需求量化的表达在意象层次上,并进行相关的CATIA人机仿真优化分析与眼动实验,为计算机辅助光学冷加工设备造型设计奠定理论与实验基础。本课题的主要研究工作如下:(1)研究人机工程学和意象造型设计的相关理论,提出基于人机的产品意象造型设计研究方法:基于人的视、触觉认知特性,进行产品视觉意象化分析,以及用户意象需求的获取方法和产品意象造型设计模型的构建。(2)以精磨抛光机为实例进行基于用户意象认知的产品意象造型设计体系的构建:利用语义差分法、聚类分析法、多元尺度法、因子分析法和形态分析法进行产品感性意象的挖掘、意象调查和意象造型元素的提取。(3)进一步阐述精磨抛光机形态设计原则和尺寸约束,从形态、色彩的意象化入手,进行产品的意象造型设计实践,就形态、色彩及布局做了眼动实验的分析。(4)借助三维建模软件CreoParametic2.0,就前文提出的精磨抛光机的设计方案建立三维模型。利用CATIAV5R21版本的人机工程模块对设计方案进行仿真校验,.以此分析设计方案在人机系统上是否合理,并进行优化,优化设计后运用Keyshot5.0渲染,最后进行精磨抛光机效果图展示。本文对光学冷加工设备的意象造型进行了有益的探索与尝试,其研究方法为光学冷加工设备的创新设计提供了依据,并为以后的设计提供借鉴,对树立企业品牌形象和产品意象升级有实践意义。

【Abstract】 With the increasing fierce market competition,optical cold processing industry is moving into high gear,and all the brands is seeking the brand differentiation for themselves actively.Their shapes is the first impression of products,the images built by product shape not only get social cultural information included in products across,but also express customers’ emotional demands.Morphology is a way by which the designers can concrete the product and make it be with imagery,at the same time the imagery promotes the people’s awareness of the product.Therefore,the representation of product’s form must be identified by users in order to make users obtain the imagery correctly and ensure that users make better use of the product.In the paper,polishing machine’s creative designing based on users’ emotional need was researched using the theory and method about Kansei engineering,ergonomics,psychology and so on.The users’ perceptual need is being expressed on image level structurally,and the ergonomics simulation and optimization in CATIA and eye tracking were finished.All the done in the paper is aimed to providing theory and practical foundation for computer aided optical cold processing in shape designing.The main work of this project is as follows:(1)Researching the theory about ergonomics and image design,presenting the method about products’ image design based on ergonomics:the analysis of product image based on vision and touching,the way for obtaining user’s image needs,and the model of product image design.(2)With fine grinding polishing machine for example,designing the product image system based on user’s image cognition:make full use of semantic difference method,cluster analysis,multidimensional scaling,factor analysis and morphological analysis to tap product kansei image,make image survey and extraction of image modeling elements.(3)Further elaborate fine grinding polishing machine shape design principle and size constraints,practice the product image design from shape and color aspect,and make eye tracking about color and layout.(4)Build 3D model of the fine grinding machine proposed previously in CreoParametic2.0.Analyze the rationality of the design plan used in ergonomic system by Simulation in ergonomics module of CATIA V5 R21,and optimize the design plan,then render the model with Keyshot5.0,and finally present the fine grinding polishing machine rendering show.The image modeling of optical cold equipment was explored in the paper,the research method provides the basis for the creative design of optical cold equipment and reference for future design,and it has the practical significance for building the brand image and improving product image.
