通钢35万吨冷轧镀锌线卷取机张力控制系统设计

【摘要】 冷轧镀锌带钢广泛应用于工业生产各个领域,是一种非常重要的原材料。随着我国工业现代化水平的不断提高,市场对冷轧板带材的需求量不断增加,应用领域也随之拓宽。目前,冷轧镀锌板凭借其尺寸精度高,表面质量优,机械性能强等优点,已是家电、电子、汽车、航空航天、船舶以及日常生活用品等制造行业不可缺少的材料。卷取环节是冷轧镀锌带钢生产过程非常重要的一道工序,对产品质量的优劣起着决定性作用。而稳定的卷取张力将对产品板形、厚度以及质量产生很大的影响。本文以冷乳镀锌带钢生产过程为研究背景,深入地分析与研究冷乳镀锌线卷取恒张力控制系统的特点以及控制方式,以西门子S7—400PLC为控制核心,实现了卷取过程恒张力控制的目标。具体步骤概括如下:(1)依据冷乳镀锌带钢卷取控制系统要求,分析了冷轧带钢卷取张力产生的机理,得出卷取机恒张力控制的基本原理,提出了实现带钢卷取张力控制系统的设计方案。(2)依据带钢卷取张力的数学模型及系统所采用的间接恒张力控制方法,分析了卷取过程中卷径变化与动态力矩补偿问题及解决方案。(3)利用Matlab工具,对结果进行动态仿真并进行分析。(4)通过系统硬件设备的选型和系统功能参数设定等步骤,完成卷取张力控制系统的硬件系统设计。(5)利用S7—400PLC的STEP7编程软件进行硬件组态,并完成带钢卷取张力控制系统的主程序、闭环控制及接口通信等程序的设计,最后通过工控机WinCC监控系统实现上位监控,进而完成了整个冷轧镀锌线卷取机张力控制系统的设计。
【Abstract】 Cold-rolled galvanized steel is widely used in various fields of industrial production,is a very important raw material.With the level of China’s industrial modernization continues to improve,the market demand for cold-rolled sheet and strip continues to increase,applications also will be widened.Currently,cold rolled and galvanized sheet by virtue of its size and high precision,excellent surface quality,strong mechanical properties,etc.,is already home appliances,electronics,automotive,aerospace,shipbuilding and other manufacturing industries daily necessities indispensable material.Coiling link is cold-rolled galvanized steel production process is a very important process,it will play a decisive role for the product quality.And stable winding tension will have a huge impact product flatness,thickness and quality.In this thesis,rolled galvanized steel production process as the research background,in-depth analysis and research of cold rolled and galvanized wire coiling tension control system characteristics and control approach to Siemens S7-400PLC to control the core to achieve the coiling process constant tension control objectives.Specific steps are summarized as follows:(1)Based on cold-rolled galvanized steel take-up control system requirements,analysis of the mechanism of cold-rolled strip coiling tension generated by the basic principles drawn coiler constant tension control is proposed to realize coiling tension control system design.(2)Constant tension control based on indirect methods coiling tension mathematical models and systems used to analyze the changes in the take-up reel diameter and dynamic torque compensation process problems and solutions.(3)Use the tools of Matlab,emulate and analyse the result.(4)Through the system hardware selection and system function parameter settings and other steps,complete hardware system design coiling tension control system.(5)Use S7-400PLC of STEP7 programming software to finish hardware configuration,and complete design main strip coiling tension control system,closed-loop control and interface communication and other procedures,and finally achieve the upper monitored by IPC WinCC monitoring system,and then completed the design of the entire cold rolled and galvanized line tension control system.
