【摘要】 近几年来,关于农村、农业和农民的发展问题备受关注,为此连续多年中央发出一号文件,以推进城乡经济社会发展一体化,加大统筹发展力度,国家特别在理论、政策以及财政等方面进行积极配合和落实,以满足科学发展需求。广西的乡村发展相对滞后,乡村改造成为刻不容缓的任务,针对此情况,广西开展"美丽广西乡村建设活动",包括清洁、生态、宜居、幸福四个阶段,通过综合示范点的建设,推进新农村改造建设。南宁市青秀区NY镇新农村改造项目基于"美丽广西乡村建设活动",紧密联系国家相关政策和文件精神,通过有针对性的开展新农村改造工作,争取成为国内新农村建设的示范性案例。本文以南宁市青秀区NY镇新农村改造项目为研究对象,全文分为五章,第一章为绪论,重点介绍本文的研究背景、研究意义以及国内外项目风险管理的发展。第二章介通过介绍NY镇建设项目的基本内容、改造规划、组织机构,使读者对项目的基本情况有一个更深入的了解。第三章对NY镇建设项目在施工建设过程中的风险开展分析,得出本项目主要存在"项目前期风险"、"项目资金风险"、"项目施工风险"和"项目验收风险"这四大类风险。第四章运用管理学方法对各项风险进行评估,并对危害最大的三个风险提出化解措施。第五章为结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers concern for continuous years of central issued a document,in order to promote the integration of urban and rural economic and social development,intensify comprehensive development,in terms of theory,policy and finance to actively cooperate with and implement,in order to meet the demand of scientific development.Guangxi rural development has lagged behind,rural reform become an urgent task.Aimed at this situation,Guangxi carry out beautiful Guangxi rural construction activities,including four stages:clean,ecological and livable,happiness,through the comprehensive demonstration of construction,and promote the construction of new rural reconstruction.,Qingxiu District,Nanning City,NY town new rural reconstruction project based on "beautiful Guangxi rural construction activities",closely linked to the relevant policies of the state and the spirit of the document,through to carry out the new rural reconstruction work,striving to become a demonstration case of domestic new rural construction.In this paper,to Nanning Qingxiu District,NY town new rural reconstruction project as the research object.The paper is divided into five chapters,chapter one is the introduction,focusing on the development of the research background,research significance and the domestic and foreign project risk management.The second chapter introduces the basic content of the construction project of NY Town,transformation planning,organization,so that readers have a deeper understanding of the basic situation of the project.The third chapter of NY town construction projects in the construction process of risk to carry out analysis,concludes that the risk of the four categories of the project mainly exist in the "pre project risk,project finance risk","project construction risk and acceptance of the project risk.The fourth chapter uses the management method to carry on the appraisal to each risk,and puts forward the solution to the biggest risk of the three risks.The fifth chapter is the conclusion.更多还原
