农村基础教育信息化3E评价模型构建与应用

【摘要】 20世纪60年代以来的信息技术革命给人们的生活带来了翻天覆地的变化,信息技术的飞速发展促进了信息交流的便利,也为教育信息化提供了有利的发展机遇。目前国内教育信息化发展不平衡,经济发达的沿海地区教育信息化发展水平较高,但是广大农村地区与发达城市地区差距很大,大部分学校信息化基础设施不完备。而农村人口占全国人口的百分之八十,农村教育是我国教育工作的重要组成部分,农村基础教育信息化在一定程度上影响着农村教育的成败。本论文通过对湖南省新邵县农村基础教育信息化现状进行调查,发现县域内城乡学校教育信息化差距较大,农村学校在教育信息化基础设施、软件资源以及师资培训等方面存在不足。通过对制约农村基础教育信息化发展因素的分析,提出了促进农村基础教育信息化发展的策略和建议。论文的主体分为以下六个章节:第一章绪论,主要介绍了研究的背景,研究的目的和意义及课题的研究方法。第二章农村基础教育信息化概述,主要介绍教育信息化简介、开展农村基础教育信息化的认识、农村基础教育信息化建设的困境。第三章新邵县农村基础教育信息化现状及分析,主要介绍新邵县农村基础教育信息化基础设施建设,教育信息化软件资源情况,信息化师资力量等情况,并对比新邵县农村学校与城区学校教育信息化水平的差距。第四章农村基础教育信息化3E模型的构建与分析,农村基础教育信息化是一个复杂的动态系统,3E模型是对该系统的抽象简化。3E模型从绩效的视角刻画了农村基础教育信息化系统的结构、特征及发展规律。第五章农村地区教育信息化发展的对策,主要从加强农村基础教育信息化建设的统筹规划、拓宽农村基础教育信息化建设的资金渠道、以城带乡推动农村信息化教育的发展、构筑农村中小学现代远程教育体系、提高教师的信息素养等方面入手提出促进农村基础教育信息化发展的几点建议。第六章论文总结与展望,对整个调查分析过程进行总结,得出本研究的结论,并展望今后农村基础教育信息化的发展。
【Abstract】 The revolution of information technology since the 60s of the 20th century to the people’s life has brought enormous changes, the rapid development of information technology promotes the exchange of information convenient, for education informationization also provides favorable development opportunity. At present, the education information of uneven development, economically developed coastal areas education informationization development level is higher, but the vast rural areas and developed urban area gap, most schools information infrastructure incomplete. The rural population accounts for eighty percent of the population, rural education is an important part of China’s education, rural basic education information to a certain extent, affect the success or failure of rural education. This paper, through the investigation of HN province XS county rural basic education informatization status, we find that the urban and rural areas within the county school education informationization gap larger, rural schools in the education informationization infrastructure, software resources and teacher training problems. Through the analysis of the factors that restrict the development of rural basic education information, the strategies and suggestions are put forward to promote the development of basic education in rural areas.The main body of the paper is divided into the following six chapters:The first chapter introduces the research background, the purpose and significance of the study and the research methods of the topic.The second chapter is an overview of rural basic education information, mainly introduces the introduction of educational information, the development of rural basic education information, the plight of rural basic education information construction.The third chapter XS county rural basic education informatization status and analysis of, mainly introduces the XS county rural basic education informatization infrastructure construction, education informationization software resources, information technology teachers, and compared with the XS County schools in rural and urban areas of school education informationization level gap.In the four chapter, the construction and analysis of the EEE model of the basic education in rural areas, the rural basic education informatization is a complex dynamic system, and the EEE model is the abstract simplification of the system. EEE model describes the structure, characteristics and development of the rural basic education information system from the perspective of performance.Chapter fifth rural area education informatization development countermeasures, mainly from strengthen rural basic education informatization construction of the overall planning, broaden the financing channel of rural basic education informatization construction, village to the city to promote the development of the information technology education in rural areas, to build rural primary and middle schools modern distance education system, improve the teacher’s information literacy aspects of promoting rural basic education informatization development several suggestions.In the sixth chapter, the summary and Prospect of this research are summarized, the conclusion of this study is drawn, and the future development of rural basic education informatization is forecasted.
