《人民日报》和《华盛顿邮报》的食品安全对比研究

【摘要】 作为关系到国计民生的重大问题,食品安全一直以来被众多媒体所关注。尤其是我国加入WTO后,在国际经济一体化背景下,随着食品进出口贸易的发展,食品安全问题已经不再仅仅是被国内民众所关心。近些年来,虽然我国食品安全问题的负面新闻已大大减少,但现实情况却依然不能乐观。“食品安全问题”已经连续四年登顶“民众最关注的问题之首”,1毒豆芽、僵尸肉、致癌黑糖和大米掺假等问题依然牵动着大众的神经。新闻媒体具有沟通信息、舆论监督、普及知识等重要作用,在食品安全问题上扮演着重要角色,因此,公众对食品安全事件本身的看法和对媒体的认知在很大程度上依赖于新闻媒体。全球化的影响使得食品的国际流通一旦出现问题,出口国的形象必然会受到影响。不同国家的媒体因为有着不同的报道视角和立场,因此对于食品安全事件的报道有可能“迥然不同”,从而影响公众对食品安全事件的解读。本文以内容分析法和文献分析法为切入点,分析了2015年6月到9月《人民日报》和《华盛顿邮报》的食品安全报道。文章共分为5章。第1章主要介绍了选题背景、意义、研究方法及研究现状。第2章首先界定了食品、食品安全以及食品安全报道的概念,同时从萌芽期、诞生期和勃兴期三个阶段叙述了中美食品安全报道的发展变化历史。第3章以内容分析法为基准,分别从报道主题、报道体裁、报道基调、报道版面、语言风格等方面对《人民日报》与《华盛顿邮报》的食品安全报道分析比较,发现两报在食品安全报道的异同。第4章分析了两报在食品安全报道方面的异同点产生的原因。第5章是对我国食品安全报道的建议,提出我国食品安全报道应发挥已有的优势,积极面对存在的问题,强化外宣工作,优化国际舆论环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a big problem which is related to the national economy and people’s livelihood, the food safety problem has become the focus of the mass media for a long time. Especially when we join the WTO, the food safety is not the problem which is concerned by the domestic under the background of international economic integration. In recent years, although the negative aspects of our country’s food safety issues have been greatly reduced, the reality is still not optimistic. The "food safety problem" has been the "people’s most concerned problem" for four years. Poisonous bean sprouts, zombie meat, carcinogenic brown sugar and rice and false still affect the public’s nerves.The news media plays a very important role in the food safety problem and has a lot of functions such as the communication of information. The public’s attitude towards the food safety almost comes from the news media. Because of the influence of the globalization, once the food safety problem appeared, the image of the exporter will inevitably be affected. Because different country has different opinions, therefore, the way they report the news is totally different.Based on the content analysis and literature analysis, the text analyzed the food safety report of the<the people’s daily>and<the Washington post> during the June to September in 2015 and will be divided into five chapters. Chapter 1 mainly introduced the topic background, significance, research methods and research status. Chapter 2 firstly defines the concept of food, food safety and food safety reports and tells Chinese and American’s food safety reports from three stages. Chapter 3, based on content analysis, compares respectively from the theme, the report form, tone, report layout, language style of<the People’s Daily> and<the Washington post> and finds the similarities and differences between two newspapers in the food safety report. Chapter4 mainly focus on the reasons why these differences appeared. Chapter 5 gives the suggestion to our food safety report.更多还原
