基于数据挖掘的Y汽车学院教科研人员管理对策研究

【摘要】 随着知识经济的到来,国家对高等职业院校的发展越来越重视,随着教育改革的推进,现代高职院校正逐步摆脱传统教学科研单位属性。高职院校与企业的发展越来越密切,校中厂、厂中校的合作模式越来越普遍。其发展也呈现出多元化、市场化趋势,人力资源管理也被提到了前所未有的高度,现已成为高职院校提高自身核心竞争力的重要内容。许多新兴技术在人力资源管理领域得到广泛应用,但人力资源管理中的一些内在的深层的问题仍不能很好的解决。例如:如何培养不同类型的人才,不同类型的人才对单位的作用有何不同,不同的人才与工作成效有何关联。为本文首先在查阅了大量的参考文献的基础上以现代人力资源管理理论为指导,运用统计分析和数据挖掘技术对Y汽车学院教科研人员状况进行系统的分析,使得大量的数据信息得以有效的利用,并在此基础上,发现有价值的信息,指导其实际的工作分配和人员管理,提升高职的综合竞争实力。首先,阐述研究的背景及意义、内容和研究方法与技术路线,高校的竞争是人才的竞争,如何全面掌握和合理运用人力资源是当今高校人力资源管理的首要问题。其次,结合人力资源管理理论,运用统计分析方法对Y汽车学院的教科研管理系统中教科研人员结构、授课量、培训进修、绩效工资及教科研成果等方面的数据进行统计分析。然后,利用数据挖掘技术中的关联分析法,对Y汽车学院教科研人员管理数据中的各项指标的关联性进行分析,找出各项指标之间的深层次的关联问题,发现教科研人员管理中存在的问题。最后,针对教科研人员数据挖掘中发现的问题,从人力资源管理的"人力资源规划、招聘与配置、培训与开发、绩效管理、薪酬福利管理(主要围绕激励因素)、员工关系管理"等六个方面针对存在的问题提出相应的对策,从而使Y汽车学院的教科研人员能够得到合理的配置,提升Y汽车学院的人力资源管理效力,为Y学院战略发展提供有利支撑。

【Abstract】 With the arrival of knowledge economy,countries pay more and more attention to on the development of vocational colleges,along with the advancement of education reform,modern higher vocational colleges is gradually get rid of traditional teaching and scientific research units.The development of higher vocational colleges and enterprises is more and more close,the commander in the factory,the factory of the cooperation model is becoming more common.Its development also presents the diversification,market trends,human resource management has also been referred to the unprecedented height,has now become an important content of higher vocational colleges to improve their core competitiveness.Many emerging technology is widely applied in the field of human resource management,but some inner deep problems in human resource management is still not a good solution.For example:how different types of training talents,different types of talent the difference on the unit,different people have to do with work.As described in this paper,the solution of the problem,open up a new train of thought,this paper guided by the modern human resources management theory,using the data mining technology to Y car college scientific research personnel for system analysis,makes a lot of data and information to be able to use effective,and on this basis,find valuable information,to guide the actual work allocation and promoting the comprehensive competitive power of colleges and universities.First of all,the paper expounds the research background and significance,content and research method and technical route,the competition is the talent competition,how to fully grasp and reasonable use of human resources is the primary problem of human resource management in colleges and universities today.Secondly,combining the theory of human resource management,using the statistical analysis method to Y car college scientific research management system of scientific research personnel structure,teaching content,training education,salary and achievements of scientific research performance data statistical analysis,etc.Then,use the relevant analysis approach of data mining technology,the indicators of Y automotive college scientific research personnel management were analyzed,and the correlation of find out the deep connection between the indicators,find the problems existing in the management of scientific research personnel.Finally,in view of the problems found in the scientific research personnel data analysis from the human resources management of human resource planning,recruitment and configuration,training and development,performance management,salary welfare management,mainly around the motivating factors),employee relationship management and so on six aspects to put forward the corresponding countermeasures for the existing problems,thus make Y automobile institute of scientific research personnel can get reasonable allocation,for Y automobile institute of human resource management and strategy development to provide favorable support.
