基于原子点接触的纳米力学加速度计

【摘要】 近年来,随着微米/纳米技术的不断进步,基于纳米机械振子的加速度计应运而生。这种加速度计具有小尺寸、高精度、价格便宜等优势,因此在消费电子产品、汽车、飞行器等工业领域得到了广泛地应用。我们设计了一种单分子加速度计,将纳米机械振子与单分子耦合在一起。我们把它连接在合适的电路中,并加以磁场。在驱动力的作用下,机械振子会切割磁场线,产生感应电动势。通过测量电路中的电信号,实现机械振子加速度的测量。它不仅进一步减小了尺寸,而且具有较高标度因数的优势。这对研制新一代基于单分子的纳米机械振子加速度计有着重要的价值,同时,在惯性导航和飞行控制系统领域也具有潜在的应用。本文分为四部分,第一部分介绍了常用加速度计及其性能,第二部分介绍了国际上单分子器件的研究进展,第三部分提出单分子加速度计的理论模型,第四部分对全文做了总结和展望。

【Abstract】 With the development of micro and nano technology,accelerometer based on nanomechanical oscillator has been achieved recently.As it has the advantages such as small size,high precision and low price,it has been widely used in consumer electronics,automobile,aircraft and other industrial fields.We have designed a single molecule accelerometer,which couples with a single molecule together.We connect it to a appropriate circuit and a magnetic field.Under the action of driving force,the mechanical oscillator will cut magnetic lines and produce inductive electromotive force.By sensing the electrical signals,we can measure the acceleration.It not only further reduces the size,but also has the advantage of high scale factor.It has an important value for developing a new kind of accelerometer based on nanomechanical oscillator.At the same time,it also has potential applications in the field of inertial navigation and flight control system.This thesis contains four parts.In chapter 1、we describe the common accelerometers and their performances.In chapter 2.we introduce the progress of single molecule devices by the international research groups.In chapter 3.we put forward the theoretical model of single molecule accelerometer.The final part is summary and scope.
