手持式智能万用表的设计

【摘要】 数字万用表是一种多功能电参数测量的基础测量仪器,在工业、国防、科研、生活等各个领域都得到了广泛应用。近年来,手持式智能万用表由于其易便携、价格低、耗电量少得到了人们的广泛喜爱。在中国电子科技集团第41研究所委托我校开发高性能数字万用表的基础上,本文提出了小尺寸、低功耗、高精度、智能化的手持式万用表功能电路的设计任务,以满足特定应用领域的需求。本文设计的手持式智能万用表的外观结构与普通手持式数字万用表的物理尺寸一致,需要带LAN网络接口、USB充电电路,需要有很高的测量精度。其电路主要包括电源管理、数字系统、测量电路三个部分,并用STM32F103RBT6为核心处理器对信号进行采集和控制。本文在中国电子科技集团第41研究所委托我校开发高性能数字万用表的基础上,在小尺寸、低功耗、高精度、智能化方面进行研究,讨论了万用表的总体设计方案,进行万用表的硬件电路设计、软件设计并分析了电路中的误差来源。本设计在确保测量精度和技术指标的基础上,完成了基本测量功能,同时详细分析了模拟电路和数字电路的误差来源。在多用表功能电路设计中,为了实现小尺寸的设计要求,采用集成电路芯片代替分立元件,优化电路的拓扑结构,尽量减少器件个数以节省空间等。为了实现低功耗的设计要求,测量电路中所有的模拟器件必须是低功耗的并且要精心选择运放等,还采用了高度集成的比例电阻来降低温漂对测量精度的影响。本次设计还增加了网络接口,充电电路,都使用成型的电路,以缩短研发周期。上位机采用Lab VIEW软件进行软面板的设计,下位机主要对测量和校准程序进行设计。通过对拟研制的手持式智能万用表进行研究与设计,为今后智能仪器仪表的研发提供了一种新的设计思路和方法。

【Abstract】 DMM is a kind of multi-functional basal measuring instruments,which can measure a variety of electrical parameters,and in industry,national defense,scientific research,life and other fields has been widely used.In recent years,handheld intelligent DMM has been widespread because of its portability,low price,less power consumption.On the basis of 41 th research institution belonging to CETC entrust our school to develop high performance DMM,this paper presents the function circuit design task of a handheld DMM with a small size,low power consumption,high precision and intelligence,in order to meet the needs of specific applications.The appearance of the design of handheld intelligent DMM in this paper consistent with the physical size of ordinary handheld DMM,but it will bring the network interface,charging circuit,and have a high accuracy of measurement.Its circuit mainly includes three parts,such as power management,digital systems,measuring circuit,and based on STM32F103RBT6 as the core processor for signal acquisition and control.On the basis of 41 th research institution belonging to CETC entrust our school to develop high performance DMM,we carry on research in the aspect of a small size,low power consumption,high precision and intelligence.We discuss the overall design scheme of DMM,design the hardware circuit,software design and analyze the error source in the circuit.On the basis of the design to ensure accuracy of measurement and technical indicators,we complete the basic measurement function,at the same time,we analysis in detail the error sources of analog circuits and digital circuits.In the DMM function circuit design,in order to achieve the design requirements of a small size,we use integrated circuit chips instead of discrete component,optimize the topological structure of the circuit to simplify circuit,and try to minimize the number of devices to save space,etc.In order to achieve the designrequirements of low power consumption,all analog devices in the measurement circuit must be low power consumption and we should carefully select op-amp,etc.we also adopt the proportion of highly integrated resistance to reduce the temperature drift of measurement accuracy.This design also increase the network interface,charging circuit,they all use forming circuit in order to shorten the development cycle.The higher computer use the Lab VIEW software for the design of soft panel,in the lower computer is mainly to design the measurement and calibration procedures.Through the study and design for creating a handheld intelligent DMM,it will provide a new design thought and method for the development of future intelligent instrument and meter.
