高校教师工资管理信息系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着当前我国科技技术水平的不断发展,我国的高校也在逐步的向现代化和信息化的方向进行发展,高校内的日常办公大部分都已经采用了信息化的管理系统来代替传统的人工劳作,在对高校教师工资管理方面,一直没能够引起高校的重视,一些地方的高校还采用传统手工的方式进行管理,这显然不能够满足当前高校对教师工资管理的需求。市面上的工资管理系统都是针对企业进行开发的,其工资管理的流程相对高校而言并不适应,需要针对当前高校教师教职工的工资管理情况进行有针对的设计。本课题的设计与实现是针对当前某高校教师工资管理的背景和发展现状来进行设计与实现的,课题提出了在新的形势下如何建设高校教师工资管理信息系统,并满足当前高校对教师工资管理的需求。在当前的高校日常的教学活动当中,教师是高校正常运转的一个主体,其工资来源是有学校的有关部门核定的,并按照一定的公式和比例将高校内所有教职工的工资上报学校的财务部门,并由财务部门进行统一的核算,核算通过以后制作成为相应的财务表格,并下发到高校的各个部门进行审核,审核完成以后对有问题的地方要进行重新核对和修改,修改完成以后再次经过部门的核对,无误后由财务部门进行工资的发放管理。首先对本课题高校教师工资管理信息系统课题设计的背景进行详细的分析,并结合高校的实际情况和一线教职工的要求进行实际的分析,确定高校教师工资管理信息系统开发的背景和开发的意义,即能够帮助财务管理部门解决对教师工资管理所遇到的问题,并提高一线教职工的工作效率,减少错误几率的发生,接着对高校教师工资管理信息系统的功能进行详细的分析,并结合高校的实际情况来进行分析,确定高校教师工资管理信息系统需要采用的逻辑、功能架构,接着根据此系统功能模块的标准需求给予全面剖析,同时构建相应的数据库,高校教师工资管理信息系统数据设计的内容包括三个方面,首先是对系统数据库E-R实体的设计,其次需要实现数据库表,最后在此基础上确定其存储方式与基本的脚本文档,完成了高校教师工资管理信息系统的设计以后需要对系统功能模块的实现进行分析,并根据系统的功能点来编写详细的测试用例对高校教师工资管理信息系统进行测试,并对测试的结果进行分析,以验证当前课题所设计的高校教师工资管理信息系统是否满足高校的办公需求。在整个项目开始阶段,在高校教师工资管理信息系统的实施人员就到高校,针对企业的有关业务需求以及管理状况等开展调研,得到了各种实际资料,然后开展了综合分析。接着充分考虑了咨询顾问提供的分析报告,针对高校教师工资管理方式以及业务流程开展分析,然后调查了高校教职工素质与IT网络分布情况,对实际需求进行分析并找到了实际问题,然后结合情况进行了开发计划的制定,构建系统框架,然后开发软件系统。之后,还在进行应用之前对系统进行了测试与修正,保证应用目标能实现。
【Abstract】 With the current technology level of science and technology continues to develop,our colleges and universities are gradually to be developed in the direction of modernization and information technology,daily work within most universities have adopted information management system to replace the traditional manual labor in the management of university teachers’ salaries,we have not been able to pay attention to universities,colleges and universities in some places still using the traditional manual approach to management,which is obviously not able to meet the needs of today’s colleges and universities for teacher salaries management.Salary Management System are available in the market for enterprise development,and its payroll process relatively College does not adapt,you need to pay for the current management of the College faculty and staff will be there for the design.Design and implementation of this project is to develop against the background of the current situation and a college teacher salaries to manage the design and implementation,project construction in the question of how the new situation of University Teachers salary management information systems,and meet the salaries of teachers in colleges and universities management needs.In the current daily teaching activities among colleges and universities,teachers’ colleges and universities is a normal operation of the body,which is the source of wage approved by the school authorities,and in accordance with certain formulas and proportions in the salary of all staff of the College’s financial reporting school sector,the financial sector by the unified accounting,after accounting by producing to the corresponding financial forms,and issued to each university department for review,after the completion of the audit of problem areas to be re-checked and modified,after the completion of modification again after checking department,conducted after the correct payment of wages by the financial management department.First,a detailed analysis on the subject of university teachers salary management information system project design background,the actual analysis and combining with the actual situation and the front-line staff requirements,determine the background and development of management information system of University Teachers’ salary significance,which can help solve the financial management department of teacher salary management the problem of front-line staff and improve work efficiency,reduce the error probability,then the information management of university teachers salary system function detailed analysis,combined with the actual situation of colleges and universities to analyze and determine the information management of university teachers salary system needs,the framework of logic function,and then give a comprehensive analysis according to the standard requirements for this system function module,and construct the corresponding database,University Teachers’ salary management.Information system data design includes three aspects.Firstly,it is the design of the system database E-R entity,followed by the need to achieve a database table.Finally,on the basis of the above determine the storage mode and basic scripting documentation,complete the design of the university teachers salary management information system needs to function modules of the system implementation are analyzed,and function according to the system to write detailed test cases on university teachers salary management information system are tested,and the test results were analyzed to verify current issues in the design of university teachers salary management information system whether meet the office needs of colleges and universities.Throughout the beginning of a project,the implementation of staff of University Teachers Salary Management Information System went to the power company,to carry out research for the needs of the business and the management of health and other enterprises to obtain a variety of practical information,and then carry out a comprehensive analysis.Then full account of the analysis report provided by consultants to carry out analysis of College Teachers’ Pay and business process management,and investigation of university IT staff quality and distribution network,the actual needs analysis and finding practical problems,and then combined with the situation development plan formulation,build system framework,then the development of software systems.Then,still in progress before the application of the system was tested and revised to ensure that the target application can be achieved.
