除草剂对油用亚麻生长发育的影响

【摘要】 油用亚麻是一种主要的油料作物,但油用亚麻田的化学除草技术远未配套。本试验采用单因素随机区组设计,就2甲4氯钠盐、乙草胺乳油、速收、绿磺隆、氟乐灵乳油等除草剂进行了盆栽试验,初步研究了这些除草剂对油用亚麻生长发育的影响及对模拟杂草的防效,试验结果如下:1.本研究供试的不同除草剂的不同的浓度对油用亚麻的出苗率、株高、茎重、分枝数、株果数、千粒重等形态指标均有一定的影响,大体上表现为随除草剂处理浓度的增加,各测定指标均呈不同程度的下降趋势。对模拟杂草油菜和谷子的各项形态指标的影响也表现出相近的趋势。2.不同除草剂处理浓度对油用亚麻叶绿素、硝酸还原酶、可溶性糖、过氧化物酶等生理指标的影响不尽相同,不同生理指标变化趋势随不同。随除草剂处理浓度的增大,油用亚麻叶绿素含量、硝酸还原酶活性呈降低的趋势,可溶性糖含量、过氧化物酶活性呈先增高后降低的变化趋势,这些变化趋势反映了除草剂浓度加大时油用亚麻的受损情况,同时也反映了油用亚麻在受到逆境胁迫时的抗逆能力。3.本试验可得初步结果:在氟乐灵(2250ml/h m2)、2甲4氯(1.125kg/h m2)、乙草胺(900ml/h m2)、速收(0.180kg/h m2)用量下,可在保证油用亚麻安全的情况下,达到相对良好的除草效果。4.本试验由于时间及条件所限,尚未研究的内容还有很多,慎重起见,本文试验结论只作大田试验的参考,在大田的中的大面积推广应用,还需进一步的试验研究。
【Abstract】 Oil flax is a main oil crops, but oil flax field of chemical weed control technique is far from complete. This experiment adopts single factor randomized block design, green cycling, MCPA sodium salt, acetochlor, trifluralin, speed, taking on and can efficiently cover grass herbicides such as pot experiment, the preliminary study of these herbicides on oil linen growth and to simulate the influence of the weed control effect, the results are as follows:1. This study selected herbicide of different concentration, the germination rate of oil flax plant height, stem and branch Numbers per spike, plant fruit number, such as morphological indexes has certain influence, generally characterized by the increase of the concentration of herbicide treatment, the determination of indexes in varying degrees of decline. The morphological indexes for the rape and millet weeds simulation the influence of also show a similar trend.2. The different concentration of herbicide treatment of oil flax chlorophyll, soluble sugar, nitrate reductase, peroxidase and so on physiological indexes is not the same, the influence of different physiological indexes with different change trend. With the increase of the concentration of herbicide treatment, the oil of linen chlorophyll content, nitrate reductase activity a trend of decrease, soluble sugar content and peroxidase activity was increased after the first reduce the change trend of these trends reflect the herbicide concentrations increased oil linen for damage, but also reflects the oil linen under adversity stress ability of art.3. This test can get preliminary results:in the trifluralin m2 (2250 ml/h), MCPA (1.125 kg/h m2), acetochlor m2 (900 ml/h), speed (0.180 kg/h m2) dosage, but in the case of ensure the safety of oil flax, achieve relatively good weed control effect.4. Due to the limitation of time and conditions, the test has not been research still has a lot of, the content of the precaution of, this paper reference field trials, the test results only in the field of widespread application, will need to be further studied.
