农业信息化发展现状及对策分析

【摘要】 众所周知,我国是一个拥有数量庞大的农业人口的“农业大国”,但由于科学技术水平不高,我们还不能称为“农业强国”。在我国,农业的地位显得更为重要。近年来,不论是从党的十八大报告明确指出的“要坚持走中国特色新型工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化道路”来看,还是从近十年的“中央一号”文件每年都在提的信息化建设政策来看,党中央和国务院对信息化农业建设的重视程度越来越强。在全面建成小康社会的历程中,统筹城乡发展,促进农业的现代化发展,实现农民增产增收都离不开信息化的支撑,因为信息技术在改造传统农业,促进现代农业发展的同时,信息技术会贯穿于农村和农业发展的各个环节,可以提高农业生产和管理效率,可以促进农业增产增收,可以繁荣农村经济发展,从而最终实现“城”和“村”同步协调发展,有利于彻底破解“三农”问题。综上所述,农业信息化建设是全面建成小康社会进程中必不可少的一个环节,在当前形势下,促进农业信息化建设势在必行且迫在眉睫。山西省是能源大省,但是农村经济发展水平和农业生产水平还不高,农民收入还相对落后,这严重阻碍了农业的现代化发展,影响了农村经济的发展,制约了山西省小康社会的建成。本文以山西省为例,在介绍了农业信息化的相关概念和理论之后,通过实地调研,分析了山西省在农业信息化的现状以及发展过程中存在的问题,找出原因之后又提出了针对性较强的对策建议,以期望为山西乃至其他地区的农业信息化发展提供具有可参考价值的理论依据和实践指导意义。更多还原
