【摘要】 质量信息多为阶段性、总体性内容,同时由于传递环节较多,多数信息滞后,限制了对科研、生产过程的质量监管、有效决策与质量指导能力的发挥。在本文中研究对象——某研究所产生大量的质量信息,多数数据仍然依靠纸质存贮、人工传递,诸多信息散落于发动机研究所内各个角落,缺乏信息化的采集、归纳、整理手段,科研、质量管理人员无法快速、有效获取并发挥质量信息和数据的利用价值,导致质量分析与质量改进活动的开展有一定难度。基于此,结合行业应用,旨在开发一个质量目标管控系统,系统的建立基于质量管理体系标准要求,以目标管理为核心,以质量计划实施为保证,建立健全的监控体系,持续改进企业的质量水平。因此,在质量目标管控系统的管理模块中,着重对质量目标管理模块和质量计划管理模块进行设计和开发。实现的质量目标管控系统主要功能包括用户登录、角色授权管理、质量信息台账显示、质量信息列表、模糊查询、质量目标管理(包括:质量目标信息新建、修改、查看、删除、提交审核)、质量计划控制管理(根据质量目标进行质量计划控件)、上传下载附件等,重点进行质量目标管理与质量计划控制,为研究所提供一个可行的质量目标管理与计划控制的应用系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 Quality information is mostly periodic and overall content,at the same time,with more transmission links and most of the information lag,which limits the quality of the process of scientific research,production regulation,effective decision-making and the quality guidelines.In this article,the research object is the quality information in a research institute,in which there is large amounts of quality information,most of the data stored by paper files and scattered in every corner,thus lacking of information acquisition,information induction and the sorting method.The scientific research and quality management persons can’t get quality information and use it rapidly and effectively,thus,they have certain difficulty to do quality analysis and quality improvement activities.In this case I aimed to develop a system named quality target control system,combined with the need of client.The establishment of the system is based on the standard of quality management system,through which in order to ensure the quality plan,establish and perfect the system of monitoring and continuously improve the quality level of the enterprise.As a result,the quality target in the management module of control system focuses on quality target management module and quality plan management module design and development.The main functions of quality control system includes user login,role authorization management,quality information parameter display,quality information list,fuzzy query,quality objective management(including: quality target information construction,modification,view,delete,submit audit),management of quality control plan(according to the quality target of quality plan control),uploading download attachment,etc.The system focuses on quality target management and quality control plan,which provides a feasible applied system for quality objective management and plan.更多还原
