【摘要】 思想政治理论课是对大学生进行思想政治教育的主渠道。提高思想政治理论课的教学实效性是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的关键。“高端技能型专门人才”的培养目标,对高职院校的人才培养提出了更高的要求,传统的高职院校思想政治理论课教学工作如何在新形势下突出实效性并与之相适应,已成为广大高职院校思想政治理论教师需要解决的问题。以长沙职业技术学院为依托,结合笔者近十年的工作经历,开展了高职院校思想政治理论课教学实效性研究与实践,采用“行为训练法”,通过多种活动,依托专题网站,注重从实践教学和素质训练角度来提升高职院校思想政治理论课教学实效性。采用问卷调查、访谈、比较研究、文献分析等方法,分析了高职院校思想政治理论课的教学现状、存在的主要问题以及原因,提出了解决对策:重视思想政治理论课,确立“以学生为本”的教育理念;提升高职思想政治理论课教师的胜任力;充分运用主渠道空间,提高课堂教学的实效性;提高实践教学的质量和效果,实现高职学生道德内化与外化;完善学生考核评价体系;创新发展,不断拓展大学生思想政治教育的渠道和空间。高职院校已经占据了高等教育的半壁江山,深入研究高职院校思想政治理论课的特点和规律,积极探索加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的新途径和新思想政治理论课方法,增强德育的针对性和实效性,是时代发展的必然要求。文章力求为高职院校思想政治理论课的研究提供一定的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ideological and political theory class is on the main channel of ideological and political education of college students.To improve the teaching effectiveness of ideological and political theory course is the key to strengthen and improve ideological and political education."High-end technical talents" training target,higher vocational colleges to talent cultivation put forward higher request,The traditional ideological and political theory course teaching in higher vocational colleges how to highlight the effectiveness under the new situation and corresponding,has become the ideological and political theory in higher vocational colleges teachers need to solve the problem.Based on a survey of students in Higher Vocational Colleges and interviews of teachers majored in Ideological and political theory,combined with the author’s nearly 10 years of work experience in Changsha Vocational and Technical College and successful experience to improve the ideological and Political Theory Teaching effectiveness of ideological and political theory research and practice,adopting "behavior training method",through a variety of activities,relying on the project site,pay attention to from the perspective of practice teaching and quality training to improve the teaching effectiveness of ideological and political theory in higher vocational colleges.USES the questionnaire survey,interviews,comparative study,the methods of literature analysis,analysis of the current situation of ideological and political theory course teaching in higher vocational colleges,the main problems and reasons,put forward the countermeasures: attaches great importance to the ideological and political theory course,establish the education idea of "with the students for this";Promote ideological and political theory course teachers’ competence;Use a space of main channel,and improve the teaching quality of classroom teaching;To improve the quality and effect of practice teaching,the realization of higher vocational students’ moral internalization and externalization;Improve the students evaluation system;Innovation and development,and continuously expand the channels of ideological and political education and space.Higher vocational colleges has occupied half of higher education,In-depth study and characteristics of ideological and political theory course in higher vocational colleges,and actively explore to strengthen and improve ideological and politicaleducation of new ways and new methods of ideological and political theory,strengthen the pertinence and actual effect of moral education,is the inevitable requirement of era development.The article tries to ideological and political theory course for higher vocational colleges research to provide a certain basis.更多还原
