【摘要】 国务院总理李克强在第十二届全国人民代表大会第三次会议上作政府工作报告时提出,2014年,我国文化体制改革继续推进,文化创意产业蓬勃发展。李克强表示,2014年,政府积极发展文化事业和文化产业。其中具体包括推动重大文化惠民项目建设等。十二届全国人民代表大会的胜利召开,对我国的文化产业产生着重要影响,特别是对吉林省松花石文化产业的发展有着重要意义。吉林省八吉工艺美术集团有限公司成立于2014年,是国内唯一一家专注于从事松花石产业投资、松花石线上交易、旅游及松花石高端珠宝用品开发、松花石题材影视制作、松花石系列珍品鉴赏及销售的大型集团公司。旗下拥有六家全资子公司,资产近百亿元。在公司成立的两年发展历程中,由于吉林省金融环境不成熟,对文化+金融+互联网新型商业模式的认识程度不高,松花石产业小、微、弱的问题,松花石珠宝及松花石影视、动漫人才缺乏等问题都严重制约着八吉集团做大做强的步伐。而松花石是不可再生的资源,它是吉林省特有的蕴含巨大财富的矿产资源,同时又有着悠久的历史,非常值得我们将来去深入开发推广。本文基于以上内容,同时八吉集团作为吉林省的又一代表性企业,又将面临什么样的机遇和挑战?松花石产业的发展能在这其中发挥怎样的作用?都是值得我们去深入思考和研究的。本文以八吉集团作为研究对象,以松花石产业经营为研究内容,通过对发展战略的研读和深入分析,对八吉集团在松花石产业发展中的现状,以及内外部环境的分析,在此分析基础上,本文运用SWOT分析法对八吉集团松花石资源产业经营的优劣势以及面临的机会与威胁进行分析,从而根据SWOT分析来制定战略方案,提出战略思想,明确战略规划中的内容和保障性措施。更多还原
