无刷直流电机高效节能控制系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 随着功率器件的产生和近几年来功率管频繁的更新换代,伴随着新型的电力电子与电机传动的发展,以数字电子技术、控制电机和其他多种学科为基础,无刷直流电机以自身强大的生存能力取代有刷直流电机,已经成为一个必然的趋势。在特殊行业领域,由于供电系统能量有限,虽然无刷直流电机有诸多优点但是其本身结构决定自身的功率比较大,在驱动系统中,对系统的可靠性能和运行效率要求还是比较高的,国家提倡节能环保,在有限的能量供应系统中,研究无刷直流电机的高效节能控制系统,实现无刷直流电机的高效驱动,就显得非常重要和急迫。本文主要针对无刷直流电机高效节能控制系统进行分析与研究,本文首先介绍了本课题研究的背景和现实意义,建立了无刷直流电机的数学模型,设计了基于改进趋近律的滑模变结构速度控制器,有效的消除了传统PID控制算法的不稳定性,并采用离散Kalman滤波器对随机干扰和测量噪声构成的组合干扰进行滤波,实现了对被控信号的准确估计,基于Matlab/Simulink仿真软件,参考数学模型,在学习传统的方波驱动上利用SVPWM新的驱动方式进行高效节能驱动,并建立了无刷直流电机高效节能控制系统的仿真模型,此系统可以减少谐波损耗,进而达到提高电机在运行时的效率。本文最后以TI公司生产的TMS320F28335DSP为核心控制器,在此基础上搭建系统的硬件、软件实验平台,结合正弦波SVPWM驱动技术实现电机高效节能运行。
【Abstract】 As the development and upgrade of power devices,the brushless DC motors based on the new-style power electronic technology,digital electronic technology and multiple physics,will displace the DC motors with brush.Compared to the DC motors with brush,the brushless DC motors own the stronger vitality.The brushless DC motors have many merits of AC motors,such as simple structure,reliable operation,convenient maintenance,etc.Moreover,the brushless DC motors possess the merits of DC motors,such as high operation efficiency,little excitation loss,excellent speed control performance,etc.In view of the merits above,the development and popularization of brushless DC motors is very quick.In aerospace and automobile industries,considering the limited energy of power supply system,the large power of brushless DC motors,the high demand for the efficiency and reliability of drive system,it is urgent to research the efficiency of brushless DC motors and achieve the high efficient drive system.In this paper,we mainly analyze and research the highly efficient energy-saving control system for the brushless DC motors.This paper first introduces the research background and practical significance of this topic,establishes the mathematical model of the brushless DC motor,the design of improved reaching law of sliding mode variable structure speed controller based on the effective elimination of the traditional PID control algorithm is not stable,and the combination of the discrete Kalman filter composed of interference of random interference and noise the filter,realizes the accurate estimation of the controlled signal,based on the simulation software Matlab/Simulink established the simulation model of Brushless DC motor drive system,using the SVPWM method to replace the traditional square wave driving motor,harmonic loss,and Achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of the operation.Lastly,we select the DSPTMS320F28335 manufactured by TI company as a controller.Based on the DSP,TMS320F28335 we construct the hardware and software experimental platforms.Then,we combine the SVPWM-drive technology with the hardware and software experimental platforms.Thereby,the highly efficient energy-saving operation for motors is achieved.
