煤矿综合监控平台的设计与实现

【摘要】 现代化工业的发展,能源的消耗在急剧增加,煤炭企业通常通过投入大量自动化设备以及监控系统来增大产能、提高效率,同时加强安全管理。在前期阶段,开展工作需要,煤矿企业通常选择各个系统独立部署。随着网络技术发展,监控需求的增加,相互独立的各个系统,无法为煤矿的管理者提供一个综合的数据参考,同时,线缆铺设方面的重复建设问题也日益突出,其大大增加了生产成本及维护成本。建设综合监控平台的目的在于避免井下网络重复建设问题、减少维护量、节约成本、提高管理效率,除此之外,提供管理者从宏观的角度对当前的生产状况作出判断,实现人员的合理调配,甚至在发生矿难时,有效帮助井下人员逃生。该论文的主要内容是结合作者所在集团下属某煤矿的实际情况,设计并实现了一套综合监控平台。首先,对综合监控平台进行包括建设原则,设计依据,以及设计范围在内的总体设计;其次,分析井下供电监控系统、风机在线监控系统、瓦斯抽放监控系统、人员定位系统的通信方式,设计子系统与综合监控网络的接入方式;对调度监控中心的硬件配置、电气环境等方面进行设计;对矿井无线通信系统的系统组成、硬件配置、基站部署、设备联网、供电、防雷接地等方面进行详细设计;对综合监控平台的网络结构硬件配置进行设计;对集成监控平台的系统架构以及具体功能进行设计;最后,论文在对现阶段所面临的问题进行总结的同时,展望了煤炭行业未来的发展。

【Abstract】 Whit the development of modern industry,energy consumption increased rapidly. Coal enterprises usually investment a large number of automation equipment and monitoring systems to improve production capacity and efficiency, In addition,to strengthen the safety management. In the early stage, coal mining enterprises usually deploy the various systems separately. With the development of network technology and the increasing demand for monitoring, the independent systems can not provide a comprehensive data reference for coal mine managers. At the same time, the problem of repeated construction of cable laying is becoming more and more serious, which greatly increases the production cost And maintenance costs. The purpose of building an integrated monitoring platform is to avoid duplication of underground network construction, reduce maintenance, save costs, improve management efficiency, in addition, to provide managers from the macro point of view of the current production situation to judge and achieve the rational deployment of personnel, Even in the event of mine, the effective help underground personnel escape.The main content of this paper is to design and implement a comprehensive monitoring platform based on the actual situation of a coal mine where author work. Secondly, the paper analyzes the communication mode of underground power supply monitoring system, fan on‐line monitoring system, gas drainage monitoring system, personnel positioning system, and the design of the integrated monitoring platform, including the construction principle, design basis and design scope. Hardware configuration, base station deployment, equipment networking, power supply, lightning protection grounding and so on for the wireless communication system of the mine and so on. The design of the hardware configuration and electrical environment of the dispatching monitoring center is also discussed. Finally, the paper summarizes the problems at the present stage, at the same time, it is expected that the coal industry will have a better understanding of the network architecture of the integrated monitoring platform. future development.
