丙烯腈生产装置节能降耗模拟研究

【摘要】 吉化丙烯腈生产装置经过了几次技术整改和多年的生产实践能达到满负荷生产,但整套装置在工艺参数上还是有可优化的空间。本论文中选用工程技术人员熟知的化工过程模拟软件PROⅡ对丙烯腈生产装置进行模拟,对构成装置的急冷工段、吸收工段、回收工段、精制工段和四效蒸发工段进行模拟,并将模拟结果与生产数据对比,得到与实际生产数据相符的软件模拟模型。然后应用得到的ProⅡ模拟模型对所考察装置内的主要操作参数进行分析讨论,旨在以节能降耗为目标寻找最佳的操作参数。如对于急冷塔,考虑急冷塔的进料水流量、硫酸的加入量的适合值。对于吸收塔,考虑分析讨论吸收塔的塔压、侧线采出量和吸收剂量的最优参数值。对于回收塔,考虑分析讨论塔顶溶剂水的加入量和回流分层器的温度最佳值。对于脱氢氰酸塔考虑分析塔压、侧线采出物料在分层器中的温度最佳值。还考虑分析成品塔的塔压、轻有机物汽提塔的热负荷的最佳值。对中石油吉化丙烯腈装置进行模拟与优化,方案实施后,预计每年可增效在151.53万元,在降低装置能耗和提升装置经济效益的同时,也对整套丙烯腈装置在操作水平和管理水平上有所提高。

【Abstract】 This paper takes acrylonitrile production plant in Jilin Chemical Industrial Co.,Ltd.as research objects.The process parameters of the production plant can be optimized.First,the process units were simulated by well know chemical process simulation software PRO/Ⅱ.In the process of simulation,quenching section,absorb section,recover section,refine section and four-effect evaporation section were simulated,respectively.The PRO Ⅱ simulation programs were improved by comparing with the actual production data,while the improved simulation programs were used to analyze process parameters.The main process parameters were optimized by the PRO/Ⅱ simulation model aiming at saving energy and reducing consumption.The process parameters conclude the feed rate of top of quench tower,the amount of sulfuric acid,the tower pressure and withdraw rate of absorber,the amount of solvent water and temperature of quantizer in recover column,the tower pressure of finished tower and duty of stripping tower.If the optimized process parameters can be implemented,the acrylonitrile production plant will increase the efficiency of 1510,000 yuan.This study has the significance of direction and guidance for the plant’s actual production operation.
