【摘要】 新时代下人民群众生活日益富裕,有了更多休闲娱乐的时间。另一方面,当代人的体育意识和观念越来越强。因此对体育各项资源的需求程度也日益增加,我国在未来的时间里将出现一个规模庞大的体育市场。高校师生就是一个消费群体同样也作为人才资源,受文化环境等的影响也带动着周边群众,此外还有信息,场地等优势,在体育产业的建构中发挥着基础的地位,同样对体育产业的发展起到促进作用。但我国高校体育资源有丰富的优势尚未充分开发利用。高校体育作为体育产业中的一个基础和新兴点,对扩大内需,拉动经济增长有强大的动力,同时对全面实施全民健身计划,有效增强国民身体素质有深远的引导意义。本研究采用了,文献资料法,专家访谈法,问卷调查法,数理统计法,和对比,分析法等方法。对山西省老八所高校体育资源现状,开发状况,以及开发过程中遇到的问题以及可以参考的开发方式进行了科学研究。山西省老八所高校体育资源现状:这些高校绝大部分都位于市中心,交通便利,有的还拥有优越的自然环境,高校周边有居民社区,有广大的体育受众群体和体育消费市场;良好的市区中心位置,经济相对发展较好,场馆设施基本完善,但部分高校在游泳馆健身房等场馆上还有所欠缺,体育需求供不应,依然要加强场地建设;人力资源师上,各高校体育学院(教学部部)在运动专项与各学科专业方面都拥有实力雄厚的体育师资队伍,且专业突出,教育经验丰富以研究生以上高层次学历教师为主,而且高层次学历教师会随着新形势下教育的发展而继续增加,但与周边社的联系结合不高对大众宣传也不够广泛,高校师生与社会互动较少,很大一部分人力资源的作用并没有发挥出来,导致了高校体育资源的浪费。自身体育资源的的发展上,仍具有传统保守的一面。受地区经济发展水平与地域文化影响,山西省高校体育教师参与社会活动不及东部地区。另外体育教师在完成自己的工作之外业余时间较少,参与社会活动经费少或者担任赛事裁判,授课收费不高。这些都是高校体育教学参与社会活动欠缺的的因素。从学校角度来看外出授课,高校鼓励教师外出参加体育社会活动,提高本校知名度,但也存在部分学校因外出参与活动可能会影响学校的教学质量,此外还要顾及安全问题,这些都有碍于高校教师与社会的互动。学生方面主要以志愿服务,担任赛事裁判,健身场所做兼职或长期教练为主。社会需求状况:当下社会经济增长,健康越来越受到普通群众重视,体育文化日益蓬勃,以各种方式参与到体育中的人,数量不断上升,高校拥有丰富的体育资源,本应该推动体育市场的发展。然而高校体育资源对外开放层面上由于学校资源优先用于教学,加之有一定的管理难度,还需要考虑安全方面的因素,对外开放程度并不是全面性的,具有一定的保守性。部分高校以安全为旗号有不作为的现象。这一点我们应该向国外发达国家学习,只要加大宣传让社会认识了解高校,走进高校。这对解决社会体育需求中遇到的诸多问题有很大的帮助。高校体育资源开发与利用机制:开发体育资源高校教师要有教育的观念,要用正确的健身锻炼教育指导方法,要树立服务观念;开发中要坚持经济效益与社会效益相结合的原则,根据自身条件收受费用,或者象征性收费等多种手段创收;高校体育场地开发与利用,首先要注重体育场地的建设,提倡多样化的服务方式,规范管理制度,引入体育保险机制;发挥地方特色,比如传统项目或者民族特色的项目。丰富群众的健身项目,利用高校良好的体育活动氛围,体育文化优势能培养人们形成体育观念,拉动体育潜在消费;统一规范体育信息资源的有效利用。对于高校体育科研成果与科技信息,加大采集渠道,并将理论转变为实践服务社会大众。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the new era of people’s lives become more affluent,with more recreation time.On the other hand,the contemporary concept of sports consciousness and getting stronger.Therefore,the level of demand for sport resources is also increasing,our country in the coming years will appear a large-scale sports market.Teachers and Students is also a consumer group as human resources,the influence of cultural environment also led to the periphery of the masses,in addition to information,sites and other advantages,in the construction of the sports industry to play a fundamental role,as the sports industry It plays a role in promoting development.Sports Resources in Chinese Universities but has a wealth of advantages not yet fully exploited.College sport as a basis for the sports industry and emerging point.To expand domestic demand and stimulate economic growth have a strong power,while the full implementation of the National Fitness Program,effectively enhance the national Universities Sports Resources:most of these colleges and universities are located in the city center,transport facilities,and some also have a superior natural environment,surrounding colleges and universities have residents of the community,there are the majority of sports audiences and sports consumer market;good the downtown location,economic development is relatively good,basically sound venues and facilities,but some colleges and universities in the gym,swimming pool and other venues are lacking,demand for sports should still necessary to strengthen the construction site;the human resources division,each University Sports Institute(Ministry of Education)and in sport-specific aspects of the professional disciplines has strong sports teachers,and outstanding professional,rich experience in graduate education above the high-level education teacher based,and will be with the high-level education teacher under the new situation of the development of education,and continue to increase.Situation college teachers and students to participate in social activities:by the level of economic development and regional culture in the affected areas,university PE teachers in Shanxi Province to participate in social activities is less than the eastern region.Also PE teachers spare time to complete their work in less than,or at least participate in social activities are funded as Stewards,teaching fee is not high.These are the factors involved in PE Teaching lack of social activities.Driving out from the school perspective,participate in activities away it may affect the quality of teaching in addition to taking into account security issues.These are university teachers and hinder social interaction.Mainly in terms of student volunteer ism,as Stewards and recreation-based part-time or long-term coach.Social demand conditions:the current socio-economic growth,more and more ordinary people pay attention to health,sports and culture booming in various ways to participate in the sport of the people,increasing the number of colleges and universities have a wealth of sports resources,the market should promote sports development of.However,the opening of University Sports Resources priority level as the school for teaching resources,combined with a certain degree of difficulty of management,but also need to consider the safety aspects,openness is not comprehensive,it has a conservative,that we should to foreign countries to learn,as long as the understanding of social awareness and step up publicity to let universities,into the College.This sport needs to solve many social problems encountered great help.Development and Utilization of College Sports Resources mechanism:Concept Development PE Teachers Resources have education,to use the correct method of fitness training educational guidance,to establish the concept of service;development should adhere to the principle of combining economic and social benefits,because of the ground because harvest by cost,or for a nominal fee and other means to generate income;College stadium development and utilization,we must first pay attention to the construction of sports,to promote the diversification of operation,standardized management system,the introduction of sports insurance mechanism;place to play Features,such as the traditional project or ethnic characteristics of the project.Rich people’s fitness programs,use a good college sports atmosphere,sports and cultural advantages can train people to form sports concept,stimulating sports potential consumer;standardized and effective use of sports information resources.For college sports scientific research and information technology,to increase the collection channels and theory into practice community service.Education must be our standard of quality education,the implementation of the principle of co-existence that is also comprehensive development for all students,promote innovation and discovery,according to local conditions effective mining extracurricular physical resources;good training and maintenance personnel,make good use of existing talent colleges and universities,for high-level personnel to recruit to stay in the living,the management of teachers to scientific assessment,reasonable evaluation;university teachers and students do a good job of
